Abstract
The manufacturing method for silicon steel plate is characterized by finish hot rolling the steel billet at 900 deg.C, air cooling, coiling at 750 deg.C, first cold rolling at 83-86% reduction rate after preliminary annealing, and second cold rolling at 17-25% reduction rate after intermediate annealing. The steel billet comprises (in wt.%) 0.03-0.08% C, 2.5-4.0% Si, 0.05-0.2% Mn, 0.005- 0.04% S, 0.01-0.06% sol.Al, 0.003-0.012% N, and the balance Fe.
