Claims (5)

  1. 고온(HT) 조건하에 존재하는 염액의 순환을 중단시키고, 염액을 섬유재료로부터 분리하여 실제적인 염색 시스템으로부터 분리하며, 냉각기에 연결된 유용한 열교환기를 통해 작동이 중지된 순환 시스템으로부터 염액을 내보내어 염액을 100℃ 이하의 온도로 냉각시키고, 이렇게 냉각된 염액을 부착된 염액용 보급용기로 반송한 후, 염액을 함유하지 않는 HT조건하의 제트단위의 염색 시스템에 존재하는 상승된 증기압을 대기상태로 완화시켜 염색된 섬유재료의 충진밀도를 동시에 완화시키면서, 존재하는 염색된 섬유재료의 상응하는 단열 냉각을 야기시키며, 최종적으로 제트단위를 개방한 후, 생성된 염색물로부터 염색물 샘플을 직접 취함을 특징으로 하여, 흡착염법에 의한 염색물의 예비 습윤처리 이후에 HT-제트피스 염색기내에서 연속적인 루프형태로 불연속적으로 순환하는 직물 또는 편직물의 로프로부터 염액의 손실없이 염색물 샘플을 제거하고, 이때 독립적인 제트단위내에서 섬유재료를 추진시키는 전방공급은 액체에 의해 가동되는 제트장치의 작용에 의해 수력으로 수행되고/되거나 증기 또는 기체에 의해 가동되는 제트장치의 작용에 의해 공기력으로 수행되며 염액은 동일한 방향으로 순환하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 샘플을 취하고, 생성된 염색물이 적절히 착색되지 않음을 밝혀낸 후, 염료를 추가로 보충하거나 또는 보충하지 않고, 이미 분리된 염액을 보급 용기로부터 그동안에 기밀하게 밀봉된 제트단위로 반송시켜 염액을 다시 순환시키기 시작하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 공기력으로 직물을 운반하는 경우, 샘플을 취할 동안에만 중지되는 염색 시스템내의 압력을 완화시킨 후, 염색된 섬유재료를 추진기계 흐름으로 순환시키는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 단지 수력으로 직물을 운반하는 경우, 염색 시스템내의 압력을 긴급하게 완화시키기 전에, 염색된 섬유재료의 순환을 먼저 중지시키고, 필요에 따라, 이미 분리된 염액을 재도입하여 염색물 샘플을 취한 후에 다시 작동시키는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 염액의 순환이 중지된 경우, 이로 인하여 부재하는 수력에 의한 직물 운반을 구동가이드 롤(릴)로 추가로 유지하는 방법.
