Claims (8)

  1. 일반식(2)의 플루오로알콜-에피할로하이드린 부가물을 상-전이촉매의 존재하에 pH 9내지 12에서 수용액 형태의 알칼리 금속 수산화물 또는 알칼리 토금속 수산화물과 반응시킴으로써 부가물의 할로하이드린 그룹을 폐환시켜 할로겐화 수소를 제거하고, 반응 혼합물로부터 형성된 목적하는 에폭사이드 화합물을 분리함을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(I)의 퍼플루오로알킬-함유 에폭사이드를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, Rf는 C4내지 C20의 퍼플루오로알킬 라디칼, C4내지 C20의 W-H 퍼플루오로알킬 라디칼 또는 일반식R'fSO2NR3또는 R'fCH2CH2SO2NR3(여기서, R'f는 C4내지 C20의 퍼플루오로알킬라디칼이고, R3은 H 또는 C1-4-알킬이다)의 라디칼이고, X는 Br, Cl 또는 I이며, a는 1내지 4의 정수이고, b는 0내지 20이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 1내지 40중량%농도의 수용액 형태이의 알칼리 금속 수산화물 또는 알칼리 토금속 수산화물을 사용하여 수행하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 반응을 pH 10내지 11에서 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응을 30 내지 100℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 물에 분산된 플루오로알콜-에피할로하이드린 부가물과 상-전이 촉매를 반응용기에 도입하고, 혼합물을 40내지 80℃의 온도로 가열한후, 이 온도에서 부가물의 할로하이드린 그룹으로부터 할로겐하수소를 제거하기 위한 4내지 20중량%농도이 수용액 형태으 알칼리 금속 수산화물 또는 알칼리 토금속 수산화물의 화학양론적으로 필요한 양을 혼합물에 가하고, pH 10내지 11을 유지하면서 반응을 수행하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어는 한 항에 있어서, Rf는 C6내지 C16의 퍼플루오로알킬 라디칼이고, X는 Br 또는 Cl이며, a는 2이고, b는 0내지 10인 일반식(2)의 플루오로알콜-에피할로하이드린 부가물을 사용하는 방법.
  7. 일반식(3)의 퍼플루오로알킬-함유 에폭사이드.
    상기식에서, Rf는 C4내지 C20의 퍼플루오로알킬 라디칼, C4내지 C20의 W-H 퍼플루오로알킬 라디칼, 또는 일반식 R'fSO2NR3또는 RCHCHSONR(여기서, R'f는 C4내지 C20의 퍼플루오로알킬 라디칼이고, R3은 H 또는 C1-4-알킬이다)의 라디칼이고, X는 Br, Cl 또는 I이며, a는 1내지 4의 정수이고, b'는 0내지 20이다.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, Rf가 C6내지 C16의 퍼플루오로알킬 라디칼이고, X는 Br 또는 Cl이며, a는 2이고, b'는 1내지 10인 퍼플루오로알킬-함유 에폭사이드
