제3도는 제1도의 장치에 의해 형성된 케이크로부터 뽑아낸 두개의 스트랜드로부터 글래스 얀을 형성시키는 방법을 도시한 개략도.

Claims (2)

  1. 부싱 바닥에 형성된 다수의 오리피스를 통해 용융 글래스를 연신시켜 다수의 글래스 필라멘트를 형성 시키고 ; 상기 다수의 글래스 필라멘트에 집속제를 도포시킨 후, 소정의 가격만큼 서로 분리되는 방식으로 얼라인된 복수의 집속 로울러로써, 상기 다수의 글래스 필라멘트를 분리 집속시켜 복수의 스트랜드를 형성 시키고 ; 하나의 횡진장치에 의해 상기 스트랜드들을 횡진시키면서 상기 복수의 스트랜드를 콜릿에 장착된 권취관에 권취시켜 하나의 케이크를 형성시키고 ; 상기 스트랜드들이 상기 케이크를 자연 건조한 후 권반기에 의해 서로 분리되는 상태에서 상기 케이크를 권반시키고 상기 케이크의 외주면으로부터 복수의 스트랜드들의 단부들을 당겨내고 ; 상기 스트랜드들 각각을 꼬면서 보빈상에 글래스 얀으로서 권취시키는 단계들을 포함하는 글래스 얀의 제조방법에 있어서, 이접한 집속 로울러들 사이의 간격, 방사속도, 및 상기 횡진장치의 회전속도 및 모양이, 상기 케이크를 형성하기 위해 상기 권취관에 권취되는 상기 복수의 스트랜드가 서로 2 내지 3mm만틈 분리됨을 확실히 해주며 상기 횡진장치의 전환점을 통과시켜 형성되는 상기 스트랜드들의 접착부의 평균 길이가 150 내지 350mm사이가 되도록 설정됨을 특징으로 하는 글래스 얀의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케이크의 권반이 시작될때, 상기 스트랜드들의 상기 접착부들이 스트랜드 단부 드로잉 작업용 가이드(유도체)로서 사용되는 글래스 얀의 제조방법.
