Description

깍두기 및 무우채 제조용 무우절단기
제1도는 본 고안의 구조및 사용 상태도.
제2도는 본 고안의 주요부 하면도.
본 고안은 무우깍두기 및 무우채를 만드는 고정중 무우절단공정이 종래에는 손으로 절단하던것을 기계로 절단하도록 고안된 깍두기 및 무우채 제조용 무우절단기에 관한 것이다.
현대는 김장도 상품화 시대가 되여 다량생산을 요하는 곳이 많아짐에따라 손으로 일일히 절단하는 방식은 비능률적이므로 이를 위해 고안된 것이다.
본 장치를 첨부도면에 의해 설명하면 핸들(1)을 돌리면 베벨기아(2)로 힘이 전달되어 스크류축(3)이 회전한다. 스크류축(3)에는 누름판(4)이 스크류 나선을 타고 상하로 움직인다. 스트류축(3) 하단부에는 주동풀리(5)가 끼워져있고 벨트(9)로 연결하여 종동풀리(6)를 회전시킨다 종동풀리(6)에는 가로절단칼(7)이 달려있어 종동풀리(6)를 중심으로 하여 세로절단칼(8) 밑부분을 지나며 회전한다.
즉 고정된 세로절단칼위에 무우를 올려놓고 핸들을 돌리면 누름판이 무우를 누르므로 무우는세로절단칼(8)부를 통과하면서 여러갈래로 제로절단되면서 밑으로 내려온다. 이때 종동풀리(6)를 중심으로 회전되는 가로절단칼(7)에 의해 무우가 가로절단되어 밑으로 떨어지도록 되어있다. 도면과 같이 주동, 종동풀리를 다단으로하고 세로절단칼(8)을 교체하면 절단무우의 크기를 조정할수 있고 세로절단칼(8)의 형상을 평행으로 배열하면 무우채 절단도 할수 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 수동핸들(1)을 돌려 세로절단칼(8)위에 놓인 무우가 절단되도록 눌러주는 누름판(4)과 통무우를 1회 통과시켜 여러갈래의 4각으로 세로절단되도록 배열한 세로절단칼(8) 및 다단변속 풀리에 고정되어 회전운동하며 칼부를 지나는 무우를 가로절단하는 가로절단칼(7)로 구성되어 무우를 가로및 세로로 절단하는 장치.
