Claims (2)

  1. 페가톤액을 세질 수세하여 고해기에서 고해시켜 90-95%의 수지를 제거하고, 펄프만 수거후 정해시켜 바이브레이팅망에 통과시켜 잔류하는 수지를 95-98% 까지 제거한 다음 개면활성제, 알카리액 및 규산소다의 혼합물을 첨가하여 폭기에 의한 수지 및 안료를 99% 이상제거하고 원심력에 의한 수지 및 펄프의 분리가 가능한 장치에 이송시켜 원동형장치 측면을 따라 펄프액을 회전시켜 중앙에 집합되는 가벼운 비중의 수지는 상부로 흡입제거하고 무거운 비중의 펄프만을 하부의 악셉트에서 수집함을 특징으로 하는 페카톤팩으로부터 펄프를 재생하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 원심력에 의한 수지 및 펄프의 분리장치가 리젝트 장치가 분리장치 상부에서 중앙부에 내삽되고 악셉트 장치는 분리장치 하단에 배출구로 설치되고 하부의 악셉트 장치는 원추형하부 몸체에 테이퍼형상의 첨예부에서 거리를 두고 설정되어 하단첨예부는 벨브장치로 금속등의 이물질을 제거하도록 하여 수지 분리가 용이하도록 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
