Claims (4)

  1. 암모늄 이온 농도가 0.2-0.4몰/1이고 PH가 최고 7인 수용액에서 탄소섬유를 양극으로 하여 전해 산화 처리하고 연속해서 상기 탄소섬유를 물속에서 최하 20KHz의 주파수를 갖는 초음파를 사용 아래 기술한 조건을 만족하는 강도로 후처리함을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유의 후처리방법.
    상기식에서, F는 주파수(KHz), T는 처리시간(분)(단T>0.1)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 초음파 처리가 최소 60℃의 온도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유의 후처리 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 처리되는 탄소섬유의 탄성율이 40t/mm2을 넘지 않음을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유의 후처리방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 처리된 탄소섬유의 표면에 붙어 있는 물질의 양이 흡광도로 측정하여 0.2를 넘지 않음을 특징으로 하는 탄소섬유의 후처리 방법.
