Claims (11)

  1. 탄소섬유를 양극으로 하여 무기 산성 전해질 또는 중성염 전해질의 수용액중에서 1차 전해 처리한 다음, 처리된 섬유를 탄산의 암모늄염 또는 무기 알칼리성 전해질의 수용액중에서 2차 전해 처리하는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하여, 2단계 방식으로, 30ton/mm2이상의 모듈러스(modulus)를 갖는 탄소섬유를 표면 처리하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 2차 전해 처리용 전해질 수용액의 전기 전도도가 10m. mho/cm 이상인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 1차 전해 처리용 전해질 수용액의 온도가 60℃이상인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 1차 전해 처리용 전해질이 인산, 질산 및 환산중에서 선택되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 1차 전해 처리용 전해질이 제1인산칼륨, 제2인산칼륨, 제3인산칼륨, 제1인산나트륨, 제2인산나트륨, 제3인산나트륨, 질산칼륨, 황산칼륨, 황산나트륨, 황산수소칼륨, 및 황산수소나트륨중에서 선택되는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 1차 전해 처리용 전해질이 제1인산암모늄, 제2인산암모늄, 제3인산암모늄, 황산암모늄, 황산수소암모늄, 및 질산암모늄중에서 선택되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 1차 전해 처리용 전해질이 60쿨통의 전기량하에서 1g의 탄소섬유의 전해적 산화 반응시 순환 전압계 방법으로 측정하는 경우 0.3 A/cm2이상의 ipa를 제공하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 2차 전해 처리용 전해질이 수산화나트륨 및 수산화칼륨중에서 선택되는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 2차 전해 처리용 전해질이 탄산암모늄 및 탄산수소암모늄중에서 선택되는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 2차 전해 처리용 전해질이 수산화바륨, 수산화칼륨 및 수산화마그네슘중에서 선택되는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 2차 전해 처리용 전해질이 60쿨통의 전기량하에서 탄소섬유1g의 전해적 산화 반응시 순환 전압계 방법으로 측정하는 경우 0.3 A/cm2미만의 ipa를 제공하는 방법.
