제1도는 본 발명에 따라 메탈릴 클로라이드를 제조하기 위해 예시한 분배된 노즐 혼합 반응기를 도시한 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 이소부텐을, 기상에서, 쟈켓(jacket)-냉각된 반응관으로 도입시키고; 염소를, 기상에서, 쟈켓-냉각된 반응관의 길이를 따라 다수의 공급 위치에서 쟈켓-냉각된 반응관으로 도입시키고; 메탈릴 클로라이드를 수득함을 특징으로 하여, 메탈릴 클로라이드를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 염소를 각각의 공급 위치에 대략 균일하게 분포시키는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 이 공정에 사용되는 염소의 총량을 3개 내지 5개의 상이한 공급 위치에서 공급하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 어느 한 공급위치에서 가한 염소의 양이 다음 공급 위치에 도달하기 전에 상당히 전환되도록 염소 공급위치를 선택하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 어느 한 공급위치에서 가한 염소의 양이 다음 공급 위치에 도달하기 전에 거의 완전히 전환되도록 염소 공급위치를 선택하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 염소를 150 내지 260m/초의 속도로 쟈켓-냉각된 반응관에 도입시키는 방법.
