Claims (4)

  1. 입구도관과 출구도관 사이에 연결된 복수의 도관에서 서로 병렬로 연결된 각각 다른 유체저항을 나타내는 복수의 필터로 이루어지는 병렬여과 회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 필터는 심층 여과형인 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬여과 회로.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 구멍이 그의 입구에 따른 도관보다 더 큰 유체저항을 갖는 상기 도관중 하나의 출구가 연결되어 있고, 그의 출구에 상기 구멍의 입구에 연결된 상기 도관보다 더 작은 유체항을 갖는 또다른 상기 도관의 출구가 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬여과 회로.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 구멍이 그의 입구에 다른 도관보다 더 큰 유체저항을 갖는 상기 도관중 하나의 출구가 연결되어 있고, 그의 출구에 상기 구멍의 입구에 연결된 상기 도관보다 더 작은 유체저항을 갖는 또다른 상기 도관의 출구가 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 병렬여과 회로.
