Claims (1)

  1. 발지유를 발효시켜 무지유 고형분의 함량을 2.5-5.0%로 조정하고, 설탕을 첨가하여 당도가 3-20Brix인 발효액을 제조한 다음 30-60℃의 온도에서 10-200kg/Cm2의 압력으로 균질화하여 제품을 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 살균유산균음료의 제조방법.
