Claims (7)

  1. 액체-포장용 보오드 제조기에서 중성 내지 알칼리 pH하의 수영성 펄프슬러리에 알칼리 케텐 다이머사이즈와 양이온성 로진 사이즈의 두 사이즈와 불용해제를 각각 혹은 예비혼합 형태로 첨가함으로써 고온 과산화수소에 의한 침투성에 대한 액체-포장용 보오드의 절단 모서리의 저항성을 향상시키기 위해 양이온성 로진 사이즈 및 불용해제와 결합된 알킬 케텐 다이머 사이즈의 유화제를 사용하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 불용해제는 백반인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 슬러리가 처음 형성되는 용기에 양이온성 로진 사이즈 및 불용해제가 첨가되고, 케텐 다이머 사이즈는 슬러리가 보오드 제조기에 주입되기 직전에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 락트산-함유액체로 용기를 충진시키는데 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방버.
  5. 중성 내지 알칼리 pH의 펄프슬러리로부터 종이보오드를 형성하고, 그 보오드를 단위포장용 사이즈로 절단하여 보오드의 절단모서리를 노출시키고, 그 보오드를 폴리에틸렌으로 피복하고, 결과의 사이즈를 과산화수소의 고온 수용액으로 처리하는 단계로 구성되는 소비성 액체용 용기를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 알칼리 케텐 다이머사이즈의 유화제, 양이온성 로진 사이즈 및 불용해제를 상기 형성단계전에 펄프에 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소비성 액체용 용기를 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 양이온성 로진 사이즈 및 불용해제는 슬러리가 처음 형성되는 용기에 첨가되고 케텐다이머 사이즈는 슬러리가 보오드 제조기에 주입되기 직전에 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5항 있어서, 용기는 락트산-함유 액체로 충진되도록 설계되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
