Claims (3)

  1. 방향족 코폴리에스테르를 제조하는데 있어서, 다음 일반식 (Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 4-아세톡시벤조산과 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)로 표시되는 6-아세톡시-2-나프탈산에다 다음 일반식 (Ⅴ)과(Ⅵ)로 표시되는 반응 물질을 혼합시키고, 이 혼합물을 230내지 330℃의 온도에서 가열교반시킨 후, 섬유나 필름형성에 필요한 분가량이 얻어지도록 진공상태하에서 0.5내지 0.05mmHg의 압력을 가하면서 됨을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식 (Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)를 반복단위로 갖는 방향족 코폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
    윗식들 중에서 X 및 Y는 치환체로서 각각 H, Cl, Br, 페닐, 탄소수가 1 내지 4의 알킬 또는 알콕시이며,
    m,m′는 1 내지 4의 정수로서 치환체의 수를 나타내며, i, j, k, l은 0내지 1,500의 정수이다.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 일반식 (Ⅲ) 또는 (Ⅳ)의 혼합몰비율은 중합체내에 존재하는 일반식(Ⅲ),(Ⅳ),
    (Ⅴ) 및 (Ⅵ)의 전체 몰수에 대하여 각각 0.1 내지 100몰%인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 방향족 코폴리에스테르 섬유에 있어서, 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)으로 표시되는 4-아세톡시벤조산과 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)로 표시되는 6-아세톡시-2-나프탈산에다 다음 일반식 (Ⅴ)과 (Ⅵ)로 표시되는 반응물질을 중합시킨 후에 270℃ 내지 350℃에서 용융방사시켜서 된 다음 일반식 (Ⅰ) 또는 (Ⅱ)를 반복단위로 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방향족 코폴리에스테르로 제조된 섬유.
    윗식들 중에서 X 및 Y는 치환체로서 각각 H, Cl, Br, 페닐, 탄소수가 1 내지 4의 알킬 또는 알콕시이며, m 및 m′는 1 내지 4의 정수로서 치환체의 수이고, n은 1 내지 1,500의 정수이며, i, j, k 및 0 내지 1,500의 정수이다.
