Claims (9)

  1. 제품내에 함유된 첨가제를 추출하거나 제품의 배향을 수행하기 위해 처리액체중에 담겨진 적어도 3개의 롤을 따라 처리액체내로 제품을 통과시켜 열가소성수지로 만들어진 연속신장제품을 처리하는 공정에 있어서 이 공정은 연속 신장제품이 제1롤 및 제3롤 이외의 처리액체에 담겨진 적어도 하나의 롤의 1/4또는 그 이상과 접촉함을 특징으로 하는 연속적으로 신장된 제품을 처리하는 공정.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기의 연속신장 제품은 필라멘트 또는 테이프인것을 특징으로하는 공정.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성수지는 초고분자량의 올레핀과 첨가제로 구성된 조성물로부터 제조되는 것을 특징으로하는 공정.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기조성물은 고유점도가 약 5dl/g또는 그이상인 3-80중량부의 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌과 약 2,000또는 그 이하의 분자량을 갖는 지방족 탄화수소 화합물 또는 이의 유도체로 구성된것을 특징으로하는 공정.
  5. 열가소성수지로 구성된 연속신장제품을 적어도 3개의 롤을 따라 처리액체내로 통과시켜 제품내에 함유된 첨가제를 추출하거나 제품의 배향을 수행하기위한 처리액체가 들어있는 처리용기와 처리액체에 담겨져있는 적어도3 개의 롤로 구성된 연속신장제품을 처리하는 장치에 있어서, 이 장치는 롤이 배치되어 있어서 연속신장제품이 제1롤 및 제2롤 외에 처리액체중에 담겨진 적어도 하나의 롤의 1/4또는 그 이상의 부위와 접촉하는것을 특징으로하는 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기의 연속신장제품은 필라멘트 또는 테이프인것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 열가소성수지는 초고분자량의 올레핀과 첨가제로 구성된 조성물로부터 제조되는것을 특징으로하는장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 고유점도가 약 5dl/g또는 그 이상인 3-80중량부의 초고분자량 폴리에틸렌과 약2,000또는 그 이하의 분자량을 갖는 약 20-97중량부의 지방족 탄화수소 화합물 또는 이의 체로 구성된것을 특징으로하는 장치.
  9. 제1항의 공정에 따라 처리한 연속적으로 신장된 제품.
