제1도는 이 발명의 한실시예에 의한 다이리스터의 위상제어장치를 표시한도, 제2,3,4도는 제1도에서 사용한 카운터를 구성하는 한 구체적인 회로이다.
Claims (1)
- 다이리스터제어를 바탕으로 하여 n상 교류전력의 위상제어하는 다이리스터 위상제어장치에 있어서, n상 교류전원중 1상간 전압을 입력시켜 극성변화에 동기된 극성신호를 출력시키는 동기회로와, 극성신호 입력시로 부터 계수하여 일정시한 후에 위상 각 설정펄스를 발생시키는 제1카운터와, 이 위상 각 설정펄스입력시로 부터 계시동작을 행하여 계시시간 폭의 게이트펄스를 출력시키는 제2카운터와, 상기 위상각 설정펄스를 입력함에 따라 전원주기 1/2n주기로 펄스를 출력시키는 제3카운터와, 상기 제2 및 제3카운터 출력에 바탕을 두어 n상 교류전원의 각 전압파형에 동기된 게이트펄스를 생성하여 각상의 다이리스터 게이트로 출력하는 다상 게이트펄스 생성회로등을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 다이리스터 위상제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
