Claims (1)

  1. 3-(2-구아니디노티아졸-4-일메틸티오)프로피오니트릴 또는 메틸 3-[(2-구아니디노티아졸-4-일)메틸티오]프로피온 이미데이트와 설파미드를 반응시켜서 얻어진 반응혼합물에 물을 가하고 PH를 8.0-10.0으로 조절한 용액을 NaCl로 포화시키고 테트라하이드로후란으로 추출한 추출액을 증류시켜서 생성된 결정을 여과하고 메탄올에 가온하며, 용해시킨후 용액을 소량으로 농축한 후 냉각하여 결정화시켜서 순수한 파모티단을 회수하는 방법.
