Claims (2)
- 활성탄을 충전한 흡착조에 유기용제의 증기를 함유한 가스를 통하여, 유기 용제 증기를 흡착시키고, 이어서 수증기를 취입하여 활성탄에 흡착된 유기용제를 탈착하는 방법에 있어서, 이 탈착을 60 내지 85℃의 온도 범위 및 포화 수증기압하에서 행함을 특징으로 하는 유기용제 함유 가스의 처리 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 이 유기용제가 케톤계 용제인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
