제 1 도는 흡착분리기의 동적(動的) 계산을 위한 장치를 예시하는 개략도임.

Claims (6)

  1. 성형소광 제올라이트 본체를 수화하고 다시 그 수화물 본체를 가열하는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형제올라이트 본체를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제올라이트 5A형 제올라이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 성형소광 제올라이트 본체가 물함량이 건조 본체 기준으로 5-20 중량 %가 되도록 수화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수화물 본체가 최소한 30분간 300-500℃의 온도에서 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 성형소광 제올라이트 본체를 수화하고 다시 그 수화물 본체를 가열함으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 공기중의 산소를 분리하기 위해 압력 스윙 흡탈착법용의 흡착분리제.
  6. 성형소광 제올라이트 본체를 수화하고 다시 그 수화물 본체를 가열함으로써 제조되는 성형 제올라이트 본체를 공기와 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 압력 스윙 흡탈착법에 따라 공기중의 산소를 분리하는 방법.
