제2도는 콘크리트 블록들과 기초벽을 형성하는 거푸집사이의 관계를 특히 도시하는 기초의 단면 평면도.
제3a도 및 3b도는 각각 종래의 기초내에 위치하는 연결부를 개략적으로 도시한 도면 1 및 연결부를 포함하지 않는 본 발명에 따른 기초의 대응된 부분을 도시한 도면.

Claims (4)

  1. (a)상부 목재 건물의 내벽 및 외벽을 지지하는 기초벽들을 그위에 지지하는 콘크리트 기초 저면, (b)콘크리트 기초 저면상의 각각의 상기 기초벽의 내측면을 따라 연속되어 일체로 연결된 다수의 콘크리트 블록들, (c)상기 일체로 연결된 콘크리트 블록들의 적어도 내측면 및 상기 콘크리트 블록들내측 지역에 마련된 성토층의 외부면을 완전히 밀착 감싸는 방수 시트재, 및 (d) 상기 기초벽들 및 콘크리트 블록들과 일체로 성형되어 상기 일체로 연결된 콘크리트 블록들의 내측면 및 성토층의 외부면을 감싸는 방수시트재를 덮도록 되어지는 콘크리트 바닥 부분으로 구성되는 목재건물용 기초.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바닥부의 저부 부분이 호형인 목재건물용 기초.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방수시트재가 상기 콘크리트 기초 저면의 바닥면 상을 연장되는 목재건물용 기초.
  4. 목재건물용 기초의 축조 방법에 있어서, (1)그 위에 기초 벽들을 지지하는 콘크리트 저면을 형성하기 위한 콘크리트 타설단계, (2) 상기 콘크리트 저면이 완전히 경화되기 전에 상기 콘크리트 저면들 상에 형성되어질 상기 기초벽들의 내측면에 일치하는 위치들에서 상기 콘크리트 저면상에 일체로, 그리고 연속적으로 콘크리트 블록들을 부설하는 단계, (3)성형되어질 기초벽들의 외측면에 대응된 위치들에만 상기 콘크리트 블록들에 대향되게 거푸집들을 마련하는 단계, (4)방수 시트재로 상기 콘크리트 블록들의 내측면을 밀착하여 덮은 단계, (5)상기 콘크리트 블록들의 내측 지역을 성토하여 콘크리트 블록내에 성토층을 형성하는 단계, (6)상기 성토층을 밀착하여 덮도록 방수시트재를 연장시키는 단계, 및 (7)상기 거푸집들로 둘러싸인 지역내의 전체에 콘크리트를 타설하여 상기 콘크리트 바닥 부분 및 상기 기초벽을 일체로 형성하는 단계로 구성되는 방법.
