Claims (18)

  1. 적어도 하나의 하이드록실 그룹 및 적어도 2개의 카복실 그룹을 함유하는 하이드록실화 카복실산 유효 억제량을 펠트에 가함을 특징으로 하여, 제지 시스템의 펠트내에서의 수산화알루미늄의 침착을 억제하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 카복실산의 분자량이 약 100내지 약 200인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 카복실산이 타르타르산, 말산, 시트르산, 메속살산, 타르르론산 및 테트라하이드록시 숙신산으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 카복실산이 스트르산인 방법.
  5. 적어도 하나의 하이드록실 그룹 및 적어도 2개의 카복실 그룹을 함유하며, 이의 분자량이 약100내지 약 200인 하이드록실화 카복실산 유효 억제량을 수성 매질에 가함을 특징으로 하여, 펠트가 침착되기 쉽고, 펠트가 수성 매질로 샤워링(showering)함으로써 조절되는 제지 시스템의 압착 부위중 펠트내에서의 수산화알루미늄 침착을 억제하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 카복실산이 수성 매질 백만부당 약 10내지 약 10,000부의 양으로 가해지는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 수성 매질의 pH가 약 4.8 내지 약 8.0인 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 수성 매질이 샤워수인 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 카복실산이 타르타르산, 말산, 시트르산, 메속살산, 타르르론산 및 테트라하이드록시숙신산으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 카복실산이 시트르산인 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 카복실산이 말산인 방법.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 카복실산이 타르르론산인 방법.
  13. 제5항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 유효량의 계면 활성제를 수성 매질에 추가로 가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 옥틸 페놀에톡실레이트, 노닐 페놀 에톡실레이트, 도데실 페놀도데실 페놀에톡실레이트, 1급 알콜 에톡실레이트, 2급 알콜 에톡실레이트, 프로폭실화 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리콜, 에톡실화 콜리옥시프로필렌 글리콜, 디알킬 페놀 에톡실레이트 및 폴리옥시에틸렌 소르비탄모노에스테르로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 카복실산 : 계면활성제의 중량비가 약 1:9 내지 약 9:1인 방법.
  16. 수산화알루미늄이 프레스 펠트내에 침착되며, 계면활성제를 샤워수에 가하여 펠트 충진 및 압축을 억제하는, 명반을 함유하는 펄프 현탁액으로부터 종이 또는 판지를 제조하는 제지 시스템에서 압착 펠트를 조절하는 방법에 있어서, 타르타르산, 말산, 시트르산, 메속살산, 타르트론산 및 테트라하이드록시 숙신산으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 카복실산을 샤워수 백만부당 10부 내지 1,000부의 양으로 샤워수에 가함을 특징으로 하는 개선된 방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 옥틱 페놀에톡실레이트, 노닐 페놀 에톡실레이트, 도데실 페놀 에톡실레트, 1급 알콜 에톡실레이트, 2급 알콜 에콕실레이트, 프로폭실화 폴리옥시에틸렌 글리콜, 에톡실화 폴리 옥시프로필렌 글리콜, 디알킬페놀 에콕실레이트 및 폴리옥시에틸렌 소르비탄 모노에스테르로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 샤우어수의 pH가 4.8 내지 8.0인 방법.
