Claims (2)

  1. 인쇄모양부가 형성된 판에 탄성물질로 된 패드를 가압하여 모양부내의 잉크를 패드에 전사시키고 패드에 전사된 잉크를 곡면을 가지는 피인쇄물에 다시 가압 전사시켜 곡면에 인쇄를 함에 있어서, 판을 실크스크린판으로 사용하고 그 실크스크린판 저면에 잉크를 도포한후 칼날판으로 쓸어서 실크스크린판의 망상모양부에만 잉크가 충전되어 있게 한 다음 실크스크린판 저면에 받침대를 받친상태에서 패드를 실크스크린판의 모양부에 가압하여 잉크를 패드에 전사시킨후 그 패드를 이용하여 인쇄함을 특징으로 하는 곡면 인쇄 방법.
  2. 기대(1) 상방에 수평가동대(3)와 수직가동대(5)를 각각 에어실린더(4)(6)에 의하여 각각 수평 및 수직으로 가동되도록 설치하여 수직가동대(3)에 탄성물질로 된 패드(7)를 부착하고 기대(1)상면에 인쇄 모양부가 형성된 판과 곡면부를 가지는 피인쇄물(9)를 설치하여 패드(7)가 가동하면서 판의 잉크를 피인쇄물(9)로 전사시키도록 된 것에 있어서, 기대(1)의 상면에 가이드홈(11)(11')를 가지는 지지대(10)(10')를 설치하여 그 지지대(10)(10')의 상면에 실크스크린판(12)을 부착함과 함께 가이드홈(11)(11')내에 칼날판(16)이 부착된 가동받침대(14)를 에어실린더(15)에 의하여 진퇴 가능하도록 끼워 넣어 실크스크린판(12)을 저면에서 받쳐줌과 함께 잉크를 쓸어주도록 형성하고 실크스크린판(12) 하방에 잉크통(17)을 설치함과 함께 지지대(10)(10')에 잉크도포봉(19)을 연설한 회전축(18)을 풀리(20)에 서로 반대방향으로 감긴 체인(21)과 스프링(22) 및 체인(21)에 결착된 에어실린더(23)에 의하여 일정각도 범위내에서 반복 회전 가능하도록 축설하여 잉크도포봉(19)이 잉크통(17)내와 실크스크린판(12) 저면쪽으로 왕복운동 하면서 잉크를 실크스크린판(12)의 필요한 저면에 도포하여 주도록 형성하여서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 곡면 인쇄장치.
