Abstract

이 발명은 주입노즐을 홀다에 고정시킬 때 간단한 방법으로 정확한 위치에 고정시킬 수 있게 하는 고정장치에 관한 것임. 고정장치는 주입노즐 삽입요홈이 형성된 주입노즐 지지판에 기대 중간위치에 수평으로 고정되고 요홈주변의 지지판 상면에는 홀다 지지용 돌출판이 돌출되었으며 주입노즐 상방에는 주입노즐의 상면에 압력을 가하는 가압판이 가압기구에 의하여 승강되게 설치되었음. 이 발명에 의하여 주입노즐의 상면과 홀다의 상면이 평행하게 정확한 위치에 고정되고 고정작업이 간편 신속하게 이루어짐.

Claims (4)

  1. 기대(1)의 중간위치에 고정되고 주입노즐(8)삽입용 요홈(7)을 갖고 있는 지지판(6), 요홈주변의 지지판(6) 상면에 돌출형성되고 홀다(9)의 외주면이 접촉고정되는 돌출판(10) 및 주입노즐 상방에 설치된 가압판(14) 및 가압판(14)이 주입노즐상면에 압력을 가하도록 가압판(14)을 승강시키는 가압기구(12,13)를 상면에 압력을 가하게 된 가압판(14)을 포함하는 주입노즐 고정장치.
  2. 청구범위 1항에서, 기대(1)가 하단부 내측에 주입노즐을 3방향에서 지지하는 3개이 돌출핀(15)(15′)(15″)을 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  3. 청구범위 1항에서, 돌출판(10)이 주입노즐의 홀다손잡이(9′)(9″)를 지지하는 턱(11)(11′)을 갖고 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 청구범위 1항에서 가압기구가 피스톤로드(13)를 갖는 에어실린더(12)임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
