제1도는 본 발명의 1실시예에 대한 중합 반응장치의 종단면도.

제3도는 제1도 및 제2도에 표시되어 있는 판상 전열체를 나타낸 부분 단면 사시도.

Claims (4)

  1. 양단부에 중합 반응액의 입구와 출구를 구비한 종형 통상용기와, 이 용기내부에 그의 세로 방향으로 설치된 회전축과, 이 회전축에 그의 축 방향으로 서로 소정의 강격을 두고 부착되고, 수평 방향으로 뻗은 복수단의 교반익과, 상기 용기의 내벽으로부터 상기 각단의 교반익간에 형성된 용기 공간부내에 원주 방향 상호에 소정의 틈을 유지하여 돌출하고 회전축의 주위로 방사상으로 배열되어 있는 동시에 그의 내부에는 외벽부로부터의 열매체 통로를 구비한 다수의 판상 전열체로 이루어지며, 상기 용기의 입구로부터 장입된 반응액이 상기 다수의 판상 전열체의 사이에 형성되는 틈을 통과하도록 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 중합 반응장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용기내의 회전축은 그의 외경(d)의 용기내경(D)에 대한 비(d/D)가 0.3∼0.6의 범위내에 있는 내부 중공체로 형성되어 있는 중합 반응장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 판상 전열체는 그의 수평단면 형상이 용기의내벽부로부터 회전축에 접근하는 방향으로 향하게 해서 선단이 가는 형상으로 되도록 형성되고, 수평 방향 서로에 인접하는 각 판상 전열체간의 틈이 일정하게 유지되어 있는 중합 반응장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 용기는 그의 외주에열매체가 순화하는 재킷이 설치되고, 이 재킷에는 각단의 판상 전열체에 대응하는 위치에 간막이 벽이 설치되고, 이 간막이 벽으로 구획된 각 실과 각 판상 전열체와의 사이가 연통 연결되고, 열매체의 입구로부터 도입된 열매체가 이들 각 실과 각 판상 전열체와의 사이를 교호로 흘러서 그의 출구로부터 유출하는 구조로 형성되어 있는 중합 반응장치.
