Claims (5)

  1. 단선용 전구직통전류 파동방지에 쓰이는 스위치회로로서, 다음과 같은 것으로 구성되는 것으로, 가) 다이오드회로에서 2개의 다이오드셋드가 역병열로 연결되어 있으며, 나) 전구와 직열로 연결된 저항소자가 거기에서 생기는 스위치를 넣는 순간 전류파동을 방지하도록 되어 있으며, 다) 쌍방향도통소자가 저항소자를 통하는 교류전원과 다이오드회로와 전구와 직열로 연결된 주전류통로를 가지고 있으며, 그리고 라) 타이밍회로는 시간정수를 가지고 타이밍회로는 스위치를 넣는 순간으로부터 시간정수의 경화 후 저항소자를 단락하는 다이오드양단의 전압으로서 쌍방향도통소자에 통전하는 이상과 같은 구성으로 되어 있는 회로.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 저항소자가 저항기인 회로.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 타이밍회로가 다음과 같이 구성되어 있는 것으로, 다이오드회로양단의 전압을 정류하는 정류기와 정류기를 통하는 다이오드회로와 병렬로 연결된 충전회로인 저항기와 축전기를 구성하는 시간정수를 갖는 충전회로와, 축전기와 그런 방법으로 병열로 연결된 발광다이오드이기 때문에 축전기는 스위치를 넣는 순간으로부터 시간정수의 경과 후 발광다이오드 방전하게 되어 있으며, 그리고 감광 저항기는 쌍방향도통소자의 게이트와 그런 방법으로 연결되어 있기 때문에 감광저항기는 발광다이오드가 발광하면 쌍방향도통소자에 통전하게 된 이상과 같은 구성을 한 회로.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 저항소자에 부착된 반도체회로소자가 감광저항기와 병열로 연결된 회로.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 타이밍수단이 다음과 같은 것으로 구성되어 있는데, 다이오드회로양단의 전압을 정류하는 정류기와, 쌍방향도통소자의 게이트와 연결된 주회로통로를 가진 반도체소자와, 정류기를 통하여 다이오드회로와 병열로 연결된 충전회로인 저항기와 축전기를 구성하는 시간정수를 가진 충전회로이기 때문에, 스위치를 넣는 순간으로부터 시간정수의 경과 후, 축전기는 반도체소자의 게이트로 방전하는 이상과 같이 구성을 한 회로.
