Claims (6)

  1. 카드기판(11)과, 이 카드기판(11)에 조립되어 적어도 데이터를 기억하거나 독출할 수 있도록 된 메모리(15) 및, 메모리(15)로부터 읽혀지는 독출데이터에 대응해서 자계를 발생시켜 주도록 된 변환기 수단(12)이 갖추어져 있는 IC카드에 있어서, 상기 카드기판(11)에 상기 메모리(15)로부터 읽혀지는 독출데이터에 대해 고부파 성분을 실질적으로 감쇄시켜 주기 위한 회로수단(14)이 조립되어 넣어진 것을 특징으로 하는 IC카드
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변환기 수단(12)은 IC카드가 카드 독출장치에 장착된 상태에서 카드 독출장치의 독출 자기헤드(13)에 자기적으로 결합될 수 있도록 구성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 IC카드.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 회로수단(14)은 저항(R1)을 거쳐 상기 메모리(15)에 접속되는 제1입력단과 기준전위점에 접속되는 제2입력단을 갖춘 차동증폭기(142), 이 차동증폭기(142)의 출력단과 상기 제1입력단 사이에 궤환 접속되는 캐패시터(C1)를 갖추어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 IC카드.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변환수단(12)은 상기 카드 기판(11)위에 형성된 박막 자기 코아(122) 및 박막 코일(121)을 갖추어 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 IC카드.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 박막코일(121)이 상기 박막 자이코아8122)에 평면적으로 감겨져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC카드.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 박막 자기 코아(122)는 외부적으로 자계를 발생시켜 주는 자기캡(G)을 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC카드.
