제 2도는 본 발명의 한 구현체에 따른 가변배유량기구를 갖는 회전판형압축기의 단면도.
제 3도는 제 2도에 제시된 회전-억제기구의 부품들의 분해 사시도.

Claims (11)

  1. 가변배유량기구를 갖는 요동판형압축기에 있어서, 상기 압축기는 다수의 실린더가 형성되어 있는 실린더블록과 크랭크 체임버를 갖는 압축기하우징, 하우징내에 회전할 수 있게 지지된 구동샤프트, 구동샤프상에 고정되고 가변경사판에 연결된 로우터, 경사판부근에 있고 경사판의 회전운동을 요동판의 장동운동으로 바꾸는 요동판, 요동판과 연결되어 있고, 각각이 실린더들중 해당실린더내에 왕복운동할 수 있게 장착된 다수의 피스톤 및, 요동판이 회전하지 못하게 하는 회전-억제기구를 포함하며, 상기 회전 억제기구는 크랭크 체임버 내에 뻗어있는 안내판(62) 및 이탈되지 않도록 요동판의 바깥 원주상에 형성된 구멍에 회전할 수 있게 배열되고, 안내판의 상부 끝에 미끄러질 수 있게 장착되도록 한 끝에 수직그루우브를 갖는 원통형블록으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 가변배유량기구를 갖는 요동판형 압축기.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 원통형블록이 요동판의 확장부분을 코오킹함으로써 이탈되지 않도록 억제된 상태로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 가변배유량기구를 갖는 요동판형 압축기.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 원통형 블록이 반경방향으로 구멍을 가지며, 이 구멍이 구멍의 원주를 따라 환형구멍을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 가변배유량기구를 갖는 요동판형 압축기.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 원통형 블록은 바깥원주상에 환형그루우브를 가지며, 요동판이 다수의 방사구멍을 가져서 그 구멍과 바깥쪽이 서로 통하며, 다수의 핀이 원통형 블록이 이탈되지 못하게 하기 위한 방사상구멍에 끼워짐을 특징으로 하는 가변배유량기구를 갖는 요동판형 압축기.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 원통형블록이 바같원주상에 환형그루우브를 가지며, 로우터를 압축기하우징의 내부끝표면상에 지지할 트러스트베어링의 트러스트레이스가 아래 끝에 확장부분을 가지며, 확장부분을 환형그루우브쪽으로 구부림으로써 원통형블록을 이탈하지 못하게 함을 특징으로 하는 가변배유량기구를 갖는 요동판형 압축기.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 원통형블록은 수직그루우브를 포함하도록 마주보고 있는 측면에 한쌍의 평행한 표면을 가지며, 요동판이 원통형블록을 배열시키기 위하여 한쌍의 개구부를 가지며, 개구부들중 적어도 하나의 치수는 원통형블록의 두께의 치수보다 더 큼을 특징으로 하는 가변배유량기구를 갖는 요동판형 압축기.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 원통형블록은 상부 끝에 돌출부를 가지며, 요동판은 작은 구멍을 가져서 원통형블록을 배열시킬 구멍과 바같쪽을 소통시키며, 돌출부가 적은 구멍에 끼워진 후, 돌출부의 상부 끝부분을 코오킹함으로써 원통형블록이 이탈되지 않도록 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 가변배유량기구를 갖는 요동판형 압축기.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서, 원통형블록이 스냅링에 의해 이탈되지 않도록 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 가변배유량기구를 갖는 요동판형 압축기.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서, 원통형블록은 바깥쪽과 수직그루우브를 통하게 할 축방향구멍을 가지며, 요동판은 원통형블록을 배치시킬 구멍과 바깥쪽과 통하게 할 작은 구멍으로 가지며, 원통형블록이 핀을 축방향 및 작은 구멍들로 끼워넣음으로써, 이탈이 방지된 상태로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 가변배유량기구를 갖는 원통형블록.
  10. 가변배유량기구를 갖는 요동판형압축기에 있어서, 상기 압축기는 다수의 실린더가 형성된 실린더블록과 크랭크체임버를 갖는 압축기하우징, 하우징내에 회전할 수 있도록 지지된 구동축, 구동축상에 고정되고 가변경사판에 연결된 로우터, 경사판부근에 있고 경사판의 회전운동을 요동판의 장동운동으로 변환시키는 요동판, 요동판에 연결되고, 각각이 실린더들중 해당실린더내에 왕복회전할 수 있게 설치된 다수의 피스톤 및, 요동판이 회전하지 못하게 하는 회전-억제기구를 포함하며 ; 상기 회전-억제기구는, 각각이 압축기 하우징과 실린더블록의 전방엔드플레이트의 내벽상에 제각기 형성된 구멍에 회전할 수 있도록 배치되어 있는 한쌍의 원판, 크랭크체임버내에 뻗어 있고, 각 끝이 원판의 한끝상에 고정되며, 원판과 함께 회전할 수 있는 안내판 및, 요동판의 바깥 원주상에 형성된 구멍에 회전할 수 있도록 배열되며 안내판의 상부끝상에 미끄러질 수 있게 설치된 한 끝에 수직그루우브를 갖는 원통형블록으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 가변배유량기구를 갖는 요동판형 압축기.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서, 원판이 한끝표면에 길쭉한 슬릿을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 가변배유량기구를 갖는 요동판형 압축기.
