Claims (12)

  1. 관통형의 외부 케이스내에 관통형의 중간벽에 의해 둘러싸여진, 적어도 하나의 분말 또는 과립형태의 첫 번째 물질을 함유하는 축영역이 존재하고 역시 적어도 하나의 분말 또는 과립형태의 두 번째 물질을 함유하고 있는 환상영역이 중간벽과 외부 케이스 사이에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 금속배드에 주입하여 이를 처리하는데 사용되는 분말 또는 과립형태의 물질이 내장된 충분한 길이를 가진 금속의 관통형 외부 케이스를 가지고 있는 복합와이어.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 외부 케이스가 원형인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합와이어.
  3. 제 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 외부 케이스가 중간벽을 이루는 금속의 용융온도와 적어도 같은 용융 온도를 가지고 있는 금속으로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 복합와이어.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서, 외부 케이스와 중간벽이 동일한 금속으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합와이어.
  5. 제 3항에 있어서, 외부 케이스와 중간벽이 서로 다른 금속으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합와이어.
  6. 제 1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 축 영역이 합금 또는 비합금 상태의 칼슘 및 마그네슘으로부터 선택된 적어도 한 원소를 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합와이어.
  7. 제 1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분말 또는 과립형태의 두 번째 물질의 전부 또는 일부가 분말 또는 과립형태의 물질과 같은 조성으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합와이어.
  8. 제 1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 환상영역이 MgO, CaO, CaCO3, CaC2, Ma2, CO3로부터 선택되는 하나 혹은 그 이상의 물질을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합와이어.
  9. 사용되는 복합와이어가 관통형의 금속 중간벽으로 둘러싸인 축영역 및 이중간벽과 외부 케이스 사이에 환상영역을 가지고 있으며 이들 영역에는 적어도 하나의 분말 또는 과립형태의 물질이 포함되어 있고 축 영역의 주요 구성분이 가장 휘발성 있는 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 또는 과립형태의 물질이 냉장되어 있으며 길이가 충분한 관통형의 금속으로 된 외부케이스가 있는 복합와이어를 금속배드로 주입시킴으로써 금속배드를 처리하는 방법.
  10. 제 9항에 있어서, 스틸 또는 철의 탈황 처리시에 사용되는 복합와이어의 축 영역이 마그네슘 및 칼슘중에서 선택된 적어도 한 금속을 합금 또는 비합금상태로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서, 사용되는 복합와이어의 환상 영역이 MgO, CaO, CaCO3, CaC2, Na2CO3와 같은 탈황보상 효과가 있는 물질을 하나 또는 그 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제 11항에 있어서, 탈황보상 효과를 제공하는 물질이 과립 또는 비과립형태의 알루미늄과 연관이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
