Claims (21)

  1. 내외측 접시형부를 포함하고, 내측 접시형부는 제품을 담기위한 제1우물부와 그 주변 가장자리부로 형성되며, 외측 접시형부는 제1우물부가 들어가는 제2우물부와 그 주변가장자리부로 형성되고, 내외측부가 접촉되거나 각각의 주변가장자리부에서 서로에 연결되며, 그렇지 않으면 이들 우물들이 전 둘레로 상호 간격이 떨어진 관계로 있게 됨을 특징으로 하는 자립의 제품용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 내측 및 외측부분의 주변 가장자리부가 계속되는 밀폐에 의해 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 자립의 제품용기.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 내측 및 외측부분 사이의 공간이 격리 및 완충특성을 갖는 유체에 의해 점유됨을 특징으로 하는 자립의 제품용기.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항에 있어서, 제품수용 우물을 위한 덮개를 더욱더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 제품을 담는 우물부내에 압력을 형성시키므로써 덮개가 분리가능함을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 덮개가 내측부분의 주변에지부 위로 밀폐되는 웨브 또는 박판임을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 덮개 및 제품수용 우물부가 제품의 폐쇄제한을 위해 협력함을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  8. 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 적어도 제품수용 우물부에서 요구되는 대기를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  9. 제1항 내지 5항에 있어서, 내측 및 외측부분이 각기 다른 재료로 만들어짐을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  10. 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 식품인 경우, 그 구성재료가 마이크로 웨이브 조리기능하고, 외측부분이 물리적인 지지특성을 제공하며, 내측부분은 비오염방벽 특성을 제공하고 외측부분보다 높은 열변형 저항을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 식품인 경우, 내측 및 외측부분이 조리목적으로 종래 오븐에서 용기의 사용을 허용하는 열변형 저항특성을 가지며, 외측부분의 열변형 저항이 내측부분의 열변형 저항보다는 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 용기.
  12. 주변 가장자리 부분과 제품수용 우물부를 갖는 제1 부분을 형성시키는 단계, 주변가장자리 부분과 전체 둘레로 상호 간격이 떨어진 관계로 제품수용 우물부를 수용하는 우물부를 갖는 제2 부분을 형성시키는 단계, 그리고 용기전체를 두고 볼때 제1 부분은 내측으로, 제2 부분은 외측으로 이들의 주변 가장자리 부분에서 제1 및 제2 부분들을 결합시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 자립의 제품용기를 제조하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 부분이 판재로부터 형성되며, 연결 스테이션에서 모아짐을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2 부분이 동시에 서로 맞대어 차동압 열성형으로 판재로부터 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제12, 13 또는 14항에 있어서, 제품수용 우물부에 제품을 채운뒤에 밀폐된 덮개를 제1 부분에 적용시키는 단계를 더욱더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 요구되는 대기를 제품수용 우물부에 유입시키는 단계를 더욱더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 각각 주변 가장자리 부분과 수용우물부를 갖는 제1 및 제2 부분을 형성시키는 수단을 포함하며, 제1 부분의 수용우물부가 제품을 위한 것이며, 제2 부분의 수용우물부는 전체에 걸쳐 간격이 떨어진 관계로 제1 부분의 제품수용 우물부를 수용하기 위한 것이고, 이들의 주변 가장자리부에서 제1 및 제2 부분들을 결합시키기 위한 수단을 더욱더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 자립의 제품용기 제조용 장치.

  19. 제17항에 있어서, 반대방향으로 동시에 제1 및 제2 부분을 형성시키기 위한 마주 바라보는 형성 챔버를 갖는 단일의 형성 스테이션 그리고 제1 부분의 우물부를 거꾸로 하기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  20. 제17, 18 또는 19항에 있어서, 제품수용 우물부내로 제품을 채운뒤 제1 부분뒤로 밀폐덮개를 적용시키기 위한 수단을 더욱더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 밀폐덮개를 적용시키기 위한 수단, 그리고 제1 및 제2 부분의 우물부와 분리하여 통하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 밀폐 스테이션을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
