제2도(b)는 후프재의 벤딩성형시를 나타낸 우반단면도,
제3도는 종래의 성형금형의 하형부분을 예시한 설명도,
제4도(a)(b)(c)는 제3도에 나타낸 종래의 성형금형에 의하여 얻어진 완성부품을 각각 나타내는 평면도, 측면도 및 정면도이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 금속으로된 후프재를 일정방향으로 이송시키면서 복수의 부품으로 성형하는 성형금속에 있어서, 상기 후프재의 양측연부에 대응하는 각각의 위치에, 그 후프재의 이송시의 부상과 안내와 스트리퍼를 겸하는 승강수단을 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 성형금형.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 승강수단이 후프재를 안내하는 안내판을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형금형.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 안내판의 측연부에, 후프재 성형시의 위치결정용 파이롯핀을 대피시키는 절결부를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 성형금형.
