Claims (2)

  1. 이미지가 비디오 신호로 출력되는 비디오 카메라(10)와, 상기 출력 비디오 신호를 그레이 레벨을 갖은 영상으로 치환하는 아날로그/디지탈변환기(20)와, 알고리즘을 단순화하기 위한 목적으로 사용자에 의한 계산된 드레쉬 홀드값에 의해 2진 영상으로 환원시키는 2치화회로(30)와, 상기2차화회로(30)의 출력값을 저장하는 영상메모리(40)를 구비한 영상처리장치에 있어서, 상기 영상메모리(40)의 저장된 정보를 사용하여 2진 영상의 체인코드를 얻어 물체의 경계방향을 나타내는 처리장치(50)와, 상기 처리장치(50)에서 얻은 체인코드에 의해 특징을 검출하여 물체를 인식할 수 있는 호스트컴퓨터(60)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 영상처리를 위한 체인코드 추출회로.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 처리장치(50)가 영상메모리의 저장된 영상 정보 데이타를 한 픽설씩 스켄하여 각 픽설의 윈도우를 얻어내는 윈도우 추출회로(41)와, 상기 윈도우 추출회로(41)에서 엽은 각 픽설로 부터 경계윈도우의 벡터값을 검토한 후 저장하는 체인코드 발생 및 저장회로(42)와, 상기 체인코드 발생 및 저장회로(42)에서 얻은 벡터값에 의해서 다음 윈도우가 결정되므로 그에 해당하는 어드레스를 발생하는 메도리 어드레스 발생회로(45)와, 시스템의 인너셜 및 리세트신호와 클럭신호를 발생하는 제어 및 클럭발생회로(43)와, 상기 경계점 추출시 시작되는 점을 기억하고 있다가 경계를 돌아 다시 시작되는 점으로 돌아오는가를 조사하는 엔딩회로(44)로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 회로.
