Claims (47)
- (1) 폴리알케닐티오포스폰산, 그의 에스테르 또는 그의 염 ; 및 (2) 석유 탄화수소 또는 석유 화합물의 산소계 중합을 억제하는데 적합한 유효 산화방지제 화합물, (3) 부식억제 화합물 또는 화합물들, 및 (4) 석유 탄화수소 또는 석유 화합물 중 금속성 불순물과의 착화에 적합한 금속 탈활성화제 화합물 또는 화합물들로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 추가의 오염방지 성분으로 이루어진, 승온에서 가공하는 동안 석유 탄화수소 또는 석유 화합물 중에서의 오염 침착물의 형성을 제어하기 위한 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(1) : 추가의 오염방지 성분의 중량비가 약 20 내지 99.7% : 0.3 내지 80%이며, 성분(1) 및 추가의 오염방지 성분이 비극성 용매에 용해된 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(2), (3) 및 (4)가 모두 존재하며, (1) : (2) : (3) : (4)의 중량비가 20 내지 99.7 : 0.1 내지 25 : 0.1 내지 45 : 0.1 내지 10인 조성물.
- 제2항에 또는 제3항에 있어서, 비극성 용매가 방향족 나프타인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(1)이 폴리알케닐티오포스폰산의 폴리글리콜 에스테르인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 화합물(1)이 폴리알케닐티오포스폰산의 저급 알킬 알콜(C1-C5)에스테르인 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 화합물(1)이 폴리알케닐티오포스폰산의 펜타에리트리톨 에스테르인 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 화합물(1)이 폴리알케닐티오포스폰산의 헥실렌 글리콜 에스테르인 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 화합물(1)이 폴리알케닐티오포스폰산의 n-부탄올 에스테르인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리알케닐티오포스폰산의 알케닐 잔기의 분자량이 약 600 내지 5,000인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리알케닐티오포스폰산이 폴리이소부테닐티오포스폰산인 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 화합물(1)이 폴리이소부테닐티오포스폰산의 폴리글리콜 에스테르인 조성물.

- 제13항에 있어서, 화합물(1)이 폴리이소부테닐티오포스폰산의 n-부탄올 에스테르인 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 폴리이소부테닐티오포스폰산의 이소부테닐 잔기의 분자량이 약 600 내지 5,000인 조성물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 폴리이소부테닐티오포스폰산의 이소부테닐 잔기의 분자량이 약 1300인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화방지제(2)가 존재하며, 페닐렌디아민 화합물인 조성물.
- 제19항에 있어서, 페닐렌디아민 화합물이 N-페닐-N′(1,3-디메틸부틸)-P-페닐렌디아민, N-페닐-N′(1,4-디메틸펜틸)-P-페닐렌디아민, 및/또는 N-페닐- N´( 1,3-디메틸프로필)-P-페닐렌디아민인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부식억제제(3)이 존재하며, 테트라하이드로피리미덴인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부식억제제(3)이 존재하며, (a) 적어도 하나의 알킬렌 폴리아민을 충분한 양의 적어도 하나의 지방족 카복실산과 반응시켜 상기 아민 및 산의 염(여기서, 염은 아민 반응물의 특성을 아민-알데히드 축중합반응의 가능성이 거의 제거되는 정도까지 탈특성화시킨다)을 생성시킨 다음, (b) 생성된 염을 저급 알데히드와 반응시켜 수득한 부식억제 반응 생성물인 조성물.
- 제22항에 있어서, 부식억제제 화합물(3)이 CH3(CH2)17-NH-(CH2)3-NH2, 타르 오일 헤드(tall oil head) 및 파라포름알데히드의 반응 생성물인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속 탈활성화제(4)가 존재하며, N,N′-디살리실리덴-1,2-사이클로헥산디아민인 조성물.
- (1) 폴리알케닐티오포스폰산 또는 이의 에스테르 ; 및 (2)석유 탄화수소 또는 석유 화합물의 산소계 중합을 억제하는데 적합한 유효 산화방지제 화합물, (3) 부식억제 화합물 또는 화합물들, 및 (4) 석유 탄화수소 또는 석유 화합물중 금속성 불순물과의 착화에 적합한 금속 탈활성화제 화합물 또는 화합물들로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 추가의 오염방지 화합물(들)로 이루어진 유효한 오염방지제 조성물의 오염 방지량을 석유 탄화수소 또는 석유화합물 내에서 분산시킴을 특징으로 하여, 승온에서 가공하는 동안 석유 탄화수소 또는 석유 화합물중에서의 오염 침착물의 형성을 제어하는 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 석유 화합물 또는 석유 탄화수소에 100만부를 기준으로 석유 화합물 또는 석유 탄화수소에 성분(1) 및 추가의 오염방지 성분(들)의 혼합물을 약 0.5 내지 10.000부 공급함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제26항에 있어서, 석유 화합물 또는 석유 탄화수소에 성분(1) 및 추가의 오염방지 성분(들)의 혼합물을 약 1 내지 500부 공급함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 화합물(1)이 폴리알케닐티오포스폰산의 폴리글리콜 에스테르인 방법.
- 제25항에 있어서, 화합물(1)이 폴리알케닐티오포스폰산의 저급 알킬 알콜(C1-C5)에스테르인 방법.
- 제28항에 있어서, 화합물(1)이 폴리알케닐티오포스폰산의 펜타에리트리톨 에스테르인 방법.
