Claims (14)
- (a) 5wt% 미만의 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 (b) 1wt% 미만의 부타디엔 (c) 약 10-90wt% 피페릴렌 스트림 ; 및 (d) 약 90-10wt% 모노올레핀 사슬교환제 스트림으로 구성된 탄화원료를 염화 알루미늄 촉매화 Friedel-Crafts중합하여 제조된 연화점이 약 0-40℃, 수평균 분자량 Mn이 약 100-900, 가드너 색도가 6이하이고 피페릴렌 유도성분이 약 5-50wt% 수지로 구성된 접착성 조성물내에서 점착성 부여재로 유용한 석유 탄화수소 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모노올레핀 사슬 교환제가 R 및 R′이 C1-C5알킬, R″ 및 R′″가 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬인 일반식 RR′=CR″R′″ 화합물인 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사슬교환제가 프로필렌의 선택적 이량체화에 의해 유도된 중간길이의 사슬 올레핀의 반응 생성물 스트림으로 구성된 수지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 프로필렌이 전이금속 촉매 존재하에서 이량체화된 수지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 이량체화 반응 생성물 스트림이 약 12-18wt% C9프로필렌 삼위체를 함유하는 수지.
- 제3항에 있어서, 이량체화 반응생성물 사슬교환제의 성분이 C9-삼위체가 없는 다음과 같은 조성을 갖는 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄화수소 원료에 기초하여 약 10-50wt%의 사슬교환제가 존재하는 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피페릴렌 스티림이 열 침액된 피페릴렌 농축물인 수지.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 열 침액된 피페릴렌 농축물이 농축물의 질량에 기초하여 약 20-70%의 피페릴렌을 함유하는 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 원료가 1wt% 미만의 비닐 방향족 탄화수소를 함유하는 수지.
- 기본적으로 약 5-40wt% 피페릴렌 및 모노올레핀 사슬교환제로 구성되고 수지의 연화점이 15-30℃, 가드너 색도가 3 이하, 수평균 분자량 Mn이 400-700이고 분자량 분포가 1.25-1.35인 염화알루미늄 촉매화 석유 탄화수소 수지.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 피페릴렌 성분이 수지의 약 30-40wt%인 수지.
- 제12항에 있어서, 가드너 색도가 약 1-2인 수지.
- 제12항에 있어서, 연화점이 약 20℃, Mn이 약 500-600이며 분자량 분포가 약 1.3인 수지.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
