Claims (31)

  1. (i) 하나 이상의 디올 ; (ii) 하나 이상의 디카복실산 또는 이의 에스테르 형성 유도체 ; (iii) (a) (1) 하나 이상의 고분자량 폴리(녹시 알킬렌)디아민 및 (2) 하나 이상의 트리카복실산 또는 이의 유도체, 또는 (b) 하나 이상의 고분자량 폴리옥시알킬렌 디이미드 이산 ; 및 (iv) 가교결합 유효량의 하나 이상의 가교결합제의 반응생성물을 함유하는 가교결합된 폴리에테르 이미드 에스테르 중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합제가 다작용성 유기화합물중에서 선택된 중합체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다작용성 유기화합물이 하이드록실, 카복실, 무수 카복실산, 할로포르밀 또는 이의 혼합물중에서 선택된 3개 이상의 작용그룹을 함유하는 중합체.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 다작용성 유기화합물이 다작용성 방향족 화합물인 중합체.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, (i) 내지 (iv)의 총존재량을 기준으로하여, (iv)의 가교결합 유효량이 약 0.2중량 % 이상인 중합체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, (iv)의 가교결합 유효량이 약 0.5중량% 이상인 중합체.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, (iv)의 가교결합 유효량이 약 1.0중량% 이상인 중합체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합제가 트리알킬트리멜리테이트인 중합체.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디올의 분자량이 약 250 또는 그 이하인 중합체.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 다카복실산이 방향족 디카복실산 또는 이의 에스테르 형성 반응성 유도체인 중합체.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 디카복실산이 디메틸 테레프탈레이트인 중합체.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, (iii)이 (a)인 중합체.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 고분자량 폴리(옥시 알킬렌)디아민의 평균분자량이 약 600 내지 약 12,000인 중합체.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 고분자량 폴리(옥시알킬렌)디아민의 평균분자량이 약 900 내지 약 4,000인 중합체.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 고분자량 폴리(옥시알킬렌)디아민이 폴리(에틸렌 에테르)디아민, 폴리(프로필렌 에테르)디아민, 폴리8테트라메틸렌 에테르)디아민, 코폴리(프로필렌 에테르-에틸렌 에테르)디아민 또는 이의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 중합체.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 트리카복실산 또는 이의 유도체가 하기 일반식(II)을 갖는 중합체.
    상기식에서, R은 C2내지 C20지방족 또는 환상지방족 3가 유기라디칼 또는 C6내지 C20방향족 3가 유기라디칼이고 ; R′는 수소, C1내지 C6지방족 또는 환상지방족 1가 유기라디칼 또는 C6내지 C12방향족 1가 유기라디칼이다.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 트리카복실산이 무수트리멜리트산인 중합체.
  18. 제12항에 있어서, 디카복실산(ii)에 대한 트리카복실산(iii)(a)(2) 및 고분자량 폴리(옥시 알킬렌)디아민(iii)(a)(1)으로부터 제조가능한 이론적양의 폴리옥시알킬렌 디이미드 이산의 중량비가 약 0.25 내지약 2.0 : 1인 중합체.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 상기 디올(i)이 부탄디올, 부텐디올, 헥산디올, 사이클로헥산 디메탄올 또는 이의 혼합물인 중합체.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, (iii)이 (b)인 중합체.
  21. 제20항에 있어서, 상기 고분자량 폴리옥시알킬렌 디이미드 이산이 하기 일반식(III)을 갖는 중합체.
    상기식에서, G는 평균분자량이 약 600 내지 약 12,000인 고분자량 폴리(옥시 알킬렌)디아민에서 아미노그룹을 제거한 다음에 남는 라디칼이고 ; R은 C2내지 C20지방족 또는 환상지방족 유기 3가 라디칼 또는 C6내지 C20방향족 유기 3가 라디칼 이며 ; R′은 수소, C1내지 C6지방족 또는 환상지방족 유기 1가 라디칼 또는 C6내지 C12방향족 유기 1가 라디칼이다.
  22. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(옥시 알킬렌)디아민의 평균분자량이 약 900 내지 약 4,000인 중합체.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, R′가 수소인 중합체.
  24. 제23항에 있어서, R이 C6방향족 3가 라디칼인 중합체.
  25. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 디올(i)이 부탄디올, 부텐디올, 헥산디올, 1, 4-사이클로헥산 디메탄올 또는 이의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 중합체.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 상기 디카복실산(ii)이 방향족 디카복실산 또는 이의 에스테르 형성 유도체인 중합체.
  27. 제26항에 있어서, 상기 방향족 디카복실산이 디메틸 테레프탈레이트인 중합체.
  28. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 디카복실산(ii)에 대한 상기 폴리옥시알킬렌 디이미드 이산의 중량비가 약 0.25 내지 2.0 : 1인 중합체.
  29. 제1항에 있어서, (i) 내지 (ii)을 (iv)와 반응시킨 반응생성물을 함유하는 중합체.
  30. 제29항에 있어서, (iii)이 (a)인 중합체.
  31. 제29항에 있어서, (iii)이 (b)인 중합체.
