Claims (4)
- 알파 방출 최종 생성 동위원소를 만들기 위해 알파 방출표적 동위원소를 내장한 측정기를 중성자 조사선에 피폭시키는(a)단계를 포함하는 원자로 압력용기의 파손을 측정하기 위한 고유속 중성자 측정 방법에 있어서, (b) 표적핵과 생성핵의 앞차 붕괴율을 결정하는 단계와, (c) 최종 생성핵의 중성자 포획율을 결정하기 위해 표적 핵과 생성핵의 결정된 알파 붕괴율을 사용하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고유속 중성자 측정방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(b)는 (i) 알파 분석기를 사용하여 피폭된 측정기로 하여금 표적해의 원자수와 생성핵의 원자수의 계수를 받도록 하는 단계와, (ii)알파 분석기를 사용하여 표적핵과 생성핵의 붕괴율을 나타내는 각각의 알파 피이크를 분리하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 표적핵과 생성핵은 표적/생성 동위 원소 쌍232Th-233U-235U-236U,231Pa-232U,238U-239Pu,237Np-238Pu,239Pu-240Pu,240Pu-245Pu,266Ra-227Ac,241Am-242-Cm,248Cm-239Bk,244Pu-245Cm,242Pu-243Am,247Bk-248Cf 그리고252Cf-253Es로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법
