Claims (10)

  1. 일반식(1)의 화합물, 이의 광학이성체 및 기하이성체.
    상기식에서,
    X는 F,Cl, Br 또는 I이고, R은 수소 또는 일반식또는의 라디칼(여기에서, R1는 수소 또는 저급알킬이고, R2및 R3은 동일하거나 상이하며 수소 또는 저급알킬이다)이다
  2. 제1항에 있어서, X는 Cl 또는 Br인 화합물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R이 수소,화합물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 12-클로로포스클린인 화합물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 12-브로모데사세틸 포스콜린인 화합물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 12-브로모-7-(2,3-디하드록시프로피오닐)데사세틸 포스콜린인 화합물.
  7. 약제학적으로 허용되는 담체 및/또는 보조제와 혼합된 제1항에서 정의한 화합물 유효량을 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
  8. 안내압 강화 활성을 지닌 약제의 제조를 위한 제1항에서 정의한 화합물의 용도.
  9. 일반식(2)의 화합물.
    상기식에서,
    X는 F,Cl,Br 또는 I이고 Z는(여기에서, R4및 R5는 동일하거나 상이하며 수소 또는 저급알킬이다)의 라디칼이다.
  10. a) 일반식(7)의 화합물을 불소이온의 존재하에 일반식(7´)의 N-할로석신아미드, 또는 상응하는 N-할로프탈아미드 또는 N-할로카프로락탐과 반응시켜 일반식(8)의 화합물을 수득하고, b) 일반식(8)의 하합물을 먼저 염기성 가수분해 시켜 일반식(9)의 화합물을 수득한 후, 이 화합물을 산성 가수분해시켜 일반식(1) 화합물(여기에서, X는 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드이고, R은 수소이다)의 화합물을 수득하거나, c) 일반식(15)의 화합물을 클로로석신이미드와 반응시켜 일반식(16)의 화합물을 수득하거나, d) 일반식(14)의 화합물을 알칼리 금속 염기의 존재하에 아세틸하이포플루오라이트와 반응시켜 일반식(16)의 화합물을 수득하고, e) 일반식(16)의 화합물을 염기성 가수분해시켜 일반식(1)의 화합물(여기에서, X는 염소, 브룸, 요오드 또는 불소이고, R은 수소이다)을 수득하고, f) 임의로 일반식(1)의 화합물(여기에서, R은 수소이다)을 일반식 (R1CO)2O의산 무수물 또는 일반식 R1COHal의산 할라이드(여기에서, R1은 저급알킬이고, Hal은 할로겐이다)와 반응시켜 일반식(1)의 화합물(여기에서, R1은을 수득하거나, g) 임의로 일반식(1)의 화합물(여기에서, R은 수소이다)을 일반식의 테트라하이드로푸로산과 반응시켜 일반식(1)의 화합물(여기에서, R은을 수득하거나, h) 임의로 일반식(1)의 화합물(여기에서, R은 수소이다)을 칼륨(2,2-디메틸-1,3-디옥솔라노-4-일) 오에이트와 반응시켜 일반식(1)의 화합물(여기에서, R은을 수득하거나, i) 임의로 일반식(1)의 화합물(여기에서, R은 수소이다)을 일반식 R2N=C=0의 이소시아네이트 또는 일반식의 카바모일 클로라이드(여기에서, R2및 R3은 동일하거나 상이하며 수소 또는 저급알킬이다)와 반응시켜 일반식(1)의 화합물(여기에서, R은 라디칼을 수득함을 특징으로 하는, 일반식(1)의 화합물, 이의 광학이성체 및 기하이성체의 제조방법.
    상기식에서,
    X는 F,Cl,Br 또는 I이고, R은 수소, 또는 일반식 의 라디칼(여기에서, R1은 수소 또는 저급알킬이고, R2및 R3은 동일하거나 상이하며 수소 또는 저급알킬이다)이며, R15, R16및 R17은 독립적으로 저급알킬이고, Hal은 염소, 브롬 또는 요오드이며, 단 일반식(16)에서는 염소이고,R8및 R9는 독립적으로 저급알킬이거나, 이들이 부착된 질소원자와 함께 일반식[여기에서, X는 CHR11(여기에서, R11은 수소, 저급알킬 또는 일반식 CR12의 그룹이고, R12는 수소, 저급알킬 또는 일반식 COR13의 그룹이며, R13은 저급알킬이다)이고 m은 0 또는 1이다]의 그룹을 형성한다.
