  1. 알파-2Ⅰ 아형에 높은 친화력을 가지는 알파-2 작용제 및 약학적으로 허용가능한 그의 비독성 염으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 영장류의 기억장애 및 인식력 감퇴용 치료제 .
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알파-2 작용제가 구안파신 및 구아나벤즈로 된 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 치료제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 알파-2 작용제가 알파-2Ⅰ 선택성 작용제인 것을 특징으로 하는 치료제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 알파-2Ⅰ 선택성 작용제가 구안파신인 것을 특징으로 하는 작용제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 인식력 감퇴가 연령과 관련된 인식력 감퇴인 것을 특징으로 하는 치료제.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 연령과 관련된 인식력 감퇴가 연령과 관련된 단기 기억결핍인 것을 특징으로 하는 치료제.
