열경화-열가소성 성형제품 및 경구외의 치아복원방법

제1도는 본 발명에 따라서 제조된 제1모델의 측면도이다.
제2도는 보철치아 복원된 하나의 모사치아의 인접영역을 노출시키기 위하여 휜 제1도의 모델이다.
제3도는 본 발명에 따라서 제조된 제2모델의 측면도이며, 중심부를 절단한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 모사된 열저항 인상 고무 물질을 형성하고, 경화성 수지로 인상물질을 충전하여 모델을 형성하는 단계로 구성된 복원 치과학 등에 유용한 방법에 있어서, 충전단계 중에 액체 또는 분말 열경화성 수지로 인상물질을 부분 충전한 후, 인상물질을 용융 열가소성 물질로 더욱 충전하고, 거기서 용융열가소성 수지의 열에 의해 열경화성 수지의 경화가 가혹화 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지가 실온에서 액체인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 .
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지가 실온에서 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열경화성 수지가 2mm 미만의 두께를 가진 열경화 수지의 쉘을 생산하는 층으로서 접착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지가 에폭시 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지가 우레탄 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 인상물질이 일렬의 치아를 모사하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기 (a),(b),(c)단계로 더욱 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법, (a) 복원수지를 모델 부분에 접착하고, (b) 접착된 복원 수지를 바람직한 형상으로 만들거나, 조각한 다음, (c) 복원수지를 경화하여 복원하는 단계.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항의 방법에 유용한 물질로서 모델이 두께 2mm 미만의 열경화 수리 쉘을 가진 적어도 하나의 표면을 가지고 있으며, 상기 열경화 수지와의 접촉으로 고형화 된 열가소성 수지로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모델.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 실온에서 께끗히 파괴할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 모델.
