Claims (11)

  1. 연속적이고, 평행이며, 단일 방향성이고 인장강도가 최소 50cN/tex, 탄성응력이 최소1,000oN/tex 및 최종신도가 15% 미만인 아크릴중합체의 필라멘트사로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 하나 혹은 그 이상의 중복된 층으로써 이루어진, 특히 무기 또는 유기 매트릭스의 보강으로 사용하기에 적절한 부직포 매트.
  2. 상당한 전성구조를 갖는 제1항에 따른 부직포 매트.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 중복된 층이 최소 2내지 100 이하임을 특징으로 하는 부직포 매트.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 중복된 층이 두정상방향으로 균일한 보강을 제공하는 방법으로 크로스됨을 특징으로하는 부직포 매트.
  5. 상기항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 각층의 중량이 10 내지 200g/㎡, 바람직하게는 20 내지 50g/㎡ 이 됨을 특징으로 하는 부직포 매트.
  6. 상기항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 각층의 필라멘트사가 8 내지 50 마이크로 미터의 직경을 가지며 필라멘트사 중량의 5 내지 50%, 바람직하게는 10-20% 량의 부착제에 의해서 또는, 2-15cm 간격으로 가로질러 꿰맴으로써 서로 결합됨을 특징으로 하는 부직포 매트.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 부착제가 보강되어질 매트릭스와 조화되어 매트릭스내에서 녹거나 또는 부풀러짐을 특징으로 하는 부직포 매트.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 부착제가 보강역청의 제조 조건하에서 용해되지 않으며 녹지않음을 특징으로 하는 부직포 매트.
  9. 상기항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 다음단계 ; a) 건식 또는 습식 정방에 의해 펴지고 파괴된 연속적인 아크릴 필라멘트사의 부드러운 토우를 생산 : b)롤러 및 굽은 바를 이용하여 토우를 (균질하게 그리고 평행 스테이플로써)요구하는 폭, 일반적으로 50 내지 500cm 까지 퍼지게함 : c)매트릭스외 조화되는 고유결합(점성)제를 첨가함, 이 결합제는 일반적으로 분무함으로써 또는 퍼진 토우를 수용액에 담금 또는 결합제를 분산시킴으로써 사용된다 : 그렇지 않으면 토우의 필라멘트사를 재봉기로 토우의 이동방향을 가로 지르는 방향으로 꿰맬 수 있다 : d)만약 결합제를 사용했다면, 수분이 증발되어 결합제가 굳어질때까지 80-150℃ 의 온도에서, 뜨거운 공기가 순환하는 오븐내에서 또는 적외선 오븐내에서 건조시킴 : e)이렇게 얻는 단일 방향성 층을 스풀에 모음, 그리고 f)더 많은 단일방향성 층을 적당히 크로스 중복시킴으로 이루어지는 매트의 제조를 위한 방법.
  10. 제1 내지 8항중의 어느 한항의 매트를 무기 또는 유기 매트릭스의 보강을 위한 사용.
  11. 제1 내지 8항중의 어느 한항의 매트에 의해 보강된 무기 또는 유기 매트릭스.
