Claims (15)

  1. 하이드록실 그룹과 반응성이 있는 2 이상의 그룹을 갖는 최소한 하나의 금속 또는 비금속 원소 화합물로 구성된 제1 반응물과 2 이상의 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 최소한 하나의 유기 화합물로 구성된 제2 반응물, 하이드록실 그룹과 반응성이 있는 최소한 하나의 그룹을 갖는 최소한 하나의 알루미늄 화합물의 혼합물을 반응시켜 산소를 함유하는 중합생성물을 만들고 이 중합생성물을 열분해 하는 것으로 구성된 내화성 금속 또는 비금속 원소 화합물을 생산하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 생산된 내화성 화합물이 금속 또는 비금속 원소의 탄화물 또는 질화물인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 하이드록실 그룹과 반응성이 있는 2 이상의 그룹을 갖는 최소한 하나의 금속 또는 비금속 원소 화합물로 구성된 제1 반응물과 2 이상의 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 최소한 하나의 유기 화합물로 구성된 제2 반응물의 혼합물을 반응시켜 산소를 함유하는 중합생성물을 만들고 이 중합생성물을 불활성 대기하에서 열분해 하는 것으로 구성된 금속 또는 비금속 원소 탄화물을 생산하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 하이드록실 그룹과 반응성이 있는 2 이상의 그룹을 갖는 최소한 하나의 금속 또는 비금속 원소 화합물로 구성된 제1 반응물과 2 이상의 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 최소한 하나의 유기 화합물로 구성된 제2 반응물의 혼합물을 반응시켜 산소를 함유하는 중합생성물을 만들고 이 중합생성물을 반응성이 있는 질소 화합물을 함유하는 대기하에 열분해 하는 것으로 구성된 금속 또는 비금속 원소 질화물을 생산하는 방법.
  5. 제1항부터 제4항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1단계로 산소를 함유하는 중합생성물을 불활성 대기하에서 가열하여 금속 또는 비금속 원소 산화물과 탄소의 혼합물을 생산하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 탄소와 금속 또는 비금속 원소 산화물의 혼합물을 불활성 대기하의 상승되는 온도에서 가열하여 금속 또는 비금속 원소의 탄화물의 생산하는 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 탄소와 금속 또는 비금속 원소 산화물의 혼합물을 상승하는 온도로 반응성이 있는 질소 화합물이 들어있는 대기하에서 가열하여 금속 또는 비금속 원소의 질화물을 생산하는 방법.
  8. 제1항부터 제7항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 또는 비금속 원소가 실리콘, 티타늄, 란탄륨, 지르코늄, 하프늄, 텅스텐, 크로뮴, 철, 우라늄, 붕소 및 탄타늄으로부터 선택된 방법.
  9. 제1항부터 제8항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1 반응물이, X는 하이드록실 그룹과 반응성이 있는 그룹, Y는 하이드록실 그룹과 반응성이 없는 그룹, n은 최소한 2인 정소이고 m은 0 또는 정수인 일반식 MXnYm을 갖는 방법.
  10. 제1항부터 제9항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2 반응물이 2 이상의 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 최소한 하나의 지방족 또는 지환족 유기 화합물로 구성된 방법.
  11. 제1항부터 제10항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 알루미늄 화합물이 반응성 할라이드 또는 알콕시 그룹을 함유하는 방법.
  12. 제1항부터 제11항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물내에 있는 알루미늄 화합물의 비율이 금속 또는 비금속 원소의 질량에 대한 알루미늄의 퍼센트로 표현했을 때 최소한 0.1%인 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물내에 존재하는 알루미늄 화합물의 비율이 10wt.%를 넘지않는 방법.
  14. 제12 또는 제13항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물내에 존재하는 알루미늄 화합물의 비율이 0.5-5wt.% 범위내에 있는 방법.
  15. 제1항부터 제14항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물이 단일 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 유기 화합물로 구성된 방법.
