액체 유출용 마개
제1도는 본 고안 마개의 내부구조를 보인 일부 절결사시도.

본 고안은 액체조미료를 용기에서 유출후 잔여 유출액이 유출구를 하고 외면으로 흘러 내리지 않도록 한 액체 유출용 마개에 관한 것이다.
종래의 유출용마개는 내용액을 유출후 유출구로 방울이 맺히면서 중단과 동시에 내용액이 외부로 흘러내려서 불결할뿐만 아니라 비위생적이었다.
본 고안은 결점을 시정하고져 상부면과 양측면으로된 유출구에 내부유출로를 일편으로 약간 편심시켜서 액체 유출시 유출로 표면과의 부착력을 높이고 액체의 표면장력을 최대한으로 줄여서 내용액 유출후 유출로에 방울이 결성되면서 외부면으로 흐르는 일이 없도록 한 것으로 도면에 의거 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
하부삽입주연에 밀폐용 돌륜(1)이 형성되고 상부 후편 일측에 공기 흡입공(2)이 천공된 공지의 마개에 있어서 상부 전편 일측에 하부면는 없고 상부면에 양측면으로된 유출구(3)를 돌출시키고 이와 내부로 유통되는 유출로(4)를 일편으로 약간 편심되게 하여 외부 유출구와의 분기점에 좌, 우측으로 돌출단(5)과 함입단(6)을 형성시켜서 된 것이다.
이와같은 구조로 된 본 고안으로 하부면은 없고 상부면에 양측면만 있는 유출구를 돌출시켜 액체 유출시 상부면 유출로로 인한 표면과의 부착력을 높이고 내부유출로(4)도 일편으로 약간 편심시텨 좌, 우측에 돌출단(5)과 함입단(6)을 형성시켜서 내용액 유출후 정지시 이 양단으로 인해 내부유출로와 외부유출구와의 분기점에서 액체의 유출이 차단되면서 액체의 표면 장력이 최대한으로 감소되어 유출로에 액체가 결성되지 못하므로 유출구로부터 잔여용액이 흘러내리지 않는 것이다.

  1. 하부삽입주연에 밀폐용 돌륜(1)이 형성되고 상부 후편 일측에 공기흡입공(2)이 천공된 공지의 마개에 있어서 상부 전편 일측에 하부면은 없고 상부면에 양측면으로 된 유출규(3)를 돌출시키고 이와 내부로 유통되는 유출로(4)를 일편으로 약간 편심되게하여 외부 유출구와 분기점에 좌, 우측으로 돌출단(5)과 함입단(6)을 형성시켜서 된 액체 유출용 마개.
