Claims (12)
- 투명한 유리패널과, 이 유리패널의 표면상에 형성된 이 유리 패널보다도 큰 굴절율을 가진 제1의 광투과층과, 이 제1의 광투과층 위에 겹쳐서 형성된 광투과영역을 가진 광흡수체층을, 적어도 구비한 표시장치용면판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 광투과층은, 상기 유리기판상의 전체면으로 형성되어 있는 표시장치용면판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 광투과층은, 상기 광흡수체층의 아래에만 선택적으로 형성되어 있는 표시장치용면판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 광투과층보다도 작은 굴절률을 가진 제2의 광투과층이 또 전체면에 형성되어 있는 표시장치용면판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 광투과층의 굴절률은 대략 1.7∼2.0인 표시장치용면판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 광투과층은, 산화실리콘막인 표시장치용면판.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 광투과층의 굴절률은, 대략 1.3∼1.5인 표시장치용면판.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 광투과층은, 산화티탄막인 표시장치용면판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 광투과층의 막두께는 대략 入(4(단, 入는 상기 제1의 광투과층속에 있어서의 가시광의 파장을 표시함)에 동등한 표시장치용면판.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2의 광투과층의 막두께는 대략 入(4(단, 入는 상기 제2의 광투과층속에 있어서의 가시광의 파장을 표시함)에 동등한 표시장치용면판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광흡수층은 컬러수상관(Colorpicturetube)의 블랙매트릭스인 표시장치용면판.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 블랙매트릭스의 광투과영역에는, 형광체층이 형성되어있는 표시장치용면판.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
