Claims (2)

  1. 다수의 도체(전선재) 릴(1)로 부터 풀려나온 도체(C)들이 콤 가이드 스탠드(Cdomb Guide Stand ; 2)를 거쳐 등 간격으로 정열되고 이 도체들은 압출기 (3)에서 상판(41), 중간판(42), 하판(43), 니플(44), 성형다이(45)로 구성된 압출기 헤드(4)의 니플(44)에 등 간격으로 뚫린 다수의 도체통로(44')로 이송 되면서 전면의 성형다이(45)에서 절연체(I)가 다수도체(C) 주위에 일체로 피복되며, 다시 냉각조(5), 두께측정게이지(6), 절단기(7), 사이드 마킹 유니트(Side Marking Unit; 8)캡스탄(9)을 차례로 거친 후에 절연내압 측정기(10)를 지나 테이크-업 릴(Take-up Reel)에 권취 되게한 것을 특징으로 하는 플렛케이블 압출 성형장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서 압출기 헤드(4)의 중간판(42) 전면에 구성된 니플(44)에는 다수개의 도체통로(44')가 종간격으로 뚫려 있고, 전면의 성형다이(45)에는 다수의 도체통로(44')들이 앞쪽 주변으로 연관하여 압출구(45')가 횡으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 플랫케이블 압출 성형 장치.
