제3도는 식품탈수 건조에 사용하기 위해 본 발명의 펄스 제트 연소기에 부착 사용할 수 있게 보조부착구의 사시도,
제4도는 제2도에 도시한 보조부착구의 부분확대 단면도.
Claims (7)
- 점화수단 및 연료공급 수단을 갖는 연소실에 연결된 공기흡입관을 구비하고, 상기 연소실은 또한 배기관에 연결된 무밸브 펄스 제트 연소기에 있어서, 상기 연소실은 그 연소실의 중앙부를 향하여 배치된 안전 배기 수단과 연료분사 수단 및 압축공기 도입수단들을 수용하기에 적합하게된 경사 고정수단을 게재하여 상기 공기흡입관에 연결되고, 상기 연소실과 상기 배기관의 연장부 사이에 조절가능한 유공플랜지가 설치되고, 상기 공기흡입관과 경사고정 수단은 점차 확대되는 내경을 갖고, 상기 연소실은 점차 축소되는 내경을 가지며, 상기 배기관 및 그 연장부는 점차 확대되는 내경을 각기 가져, 작동시에 역추진력이 상기 안전배기구 수단을 통해 배출되게 함으로서 상기 공기흡입관을 통한 가스의 후진을 감소시킬 수 있게한 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 무밸브 펄스 제트 연소기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 안전배기구 수단이 상기 압축공기 도입수단에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스 제트 연소기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연소기에 의해 발생된 고열가스에 탈수할 식품이 노출될때 그 식품의 유속을 감소시킴으로서 식품의 탈수를 가능하게하는 보조수단을 상기 배기관에 설치함을 특징으로 하는 펄스 제트 연소기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경사고정 수단의 내경이 상기 공기흡입관의 내경보다 크게된 것을 특징으로 하는 펄스 제트 연소기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 배기관이 상기 공기흡입관에 평행하게 되도록 상기 배기관의 연상부가 U자형으로 된것을 특징으로 하는 펄스 제트 연소기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펄스 제트 연소기는 ASTM A297 HU그레이드와 같은 내열재로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 펄스 제트 연소기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조절가능한 유공플랜지는 상기 연소실의 내경을 축소시키는 슬라이딩 금속판들로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 펄스 제트 연소기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
