Claims (3)

  1. 공지의 페니실리움 크라이소제넘 포자를 균사 증식 담체에 흡착시킨 후 , 발효배지에서 연속 또는 반연속적으로 배양하여 페니실린을 채취하는 것을 특징인 페니실린의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 균사 증식 담체가 직경 200-600㎛의 다공성 셀라이트로 이루어진 것을 특징인 페니실린의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 발효조건이「 pH 6-8, 온도 25-30℃, 용존 산소 농도 10-100%, 통기속도 1-10vvm, 인상원이 주입속도 0.03-0.2mg/g-ceel·hr의 안산염 (KH2PO4)에 해당하는 양」으로 이루어진 것이 특징인 페니실린의 제조방법.
