Claims (9)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 알콕스이미노알킬아미드.
    상기 식에서, R1은 각 경우에 임의로 치환된 알킬, 알케닐, 아르알킬, 헤테로 아릴알킬, 아릴 또는 헤테로 아릴을 나타내고, R2는 시아노, 그룹또는 그룹를 나타내며, R3및 R4는 서로 독립적으로 각 경우에 수소, 임의 치환된 알킬, 또는 알케닐 또는 알키닐이거나, 이들이 결합된 탄소원자와 함께 포화 카보아시클릭환을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 탄소수 1내지 8의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬; 알킬 부위의 탄소수가 1 내지 5인 직쇄 또는 측쇄 시아노알킬 : 탄소수가 1 내지 5이며 1 내지 9개의 할로겐원자를 가진 직쇄 또는 측쇄 할로게노알킬 : 각 경우에 각 알킬 부위의 탄소수가 1 내지 5인 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알콕시 알킬 또는 알킬티오알킬 : 탄소수 3 내지 8의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알케닐 ; 탄소수가 3 내지 8이며 1 내지 5개의 할로겐원자를 가진 직쇄 또는 측쇄 할로게노알테닐 : 알킬부위의 탄소수가 1 내지 4이고 아릴부위의 탄소수가 6 내지 10이며, 아릴부위가 동일하거나 상이한 치완체에 의해 임으로 일치환 또는 다치환된 아르알킬 : 알킬부위의 탄소수가 1 내지 4이고 헤테로 아릴 부위의 헤테로원자(특히 질소, 산소 및 황)의 수가 1 내지 3이며, 헤테로 아릴 부위가 동일하거나 상이한 치환체에 의해 임의로 일치환 또는 다치환된 헤테로 아릴알킬 : 탄소수가 6 내지 10이며, 동일하거나 상이한 치환제에 의해 임으로 일치환 또는 다치환된 아릴 : 또는 탄소수가 2 내지 9이고 헤테로원자(특히, 질소, 산소 및 황)의 수가 1 내지 3이며, 동일하거나 상이한 치환체에 의해 임의로 일치환 또는 다치환된 헤테로 아릴이고, 여기에서 아릴 또는 헤테로 아릴 치환체는 각 경우에 할로겐 : 시아노 : 니트로 : 각 경우에 탄소수 1 내지 4의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬, 알콕시 또는 알킬티오 : 각 경우에 탄소수가 1 내지 4이고 1 내지 9개의 동일하거나 상이한 할로겐원자를 가진 직쇄 또는 측쇄 할로게노알킬, 할로게노알콕시 또는 할로게노알킬티오 : 탄소수 1 내지 3의 알킬렌디옥시 : 페닐 : 페녹시 : 포르밀 : 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알카노일 : 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알콕시카보닐 : 또는 각 알킬부위의 탄소수가 1 내지 5인 알복스이미노알킬이며, R2가 시아노, 그룹또는 그룹이며 R3및 R4가 서로 독립적으로 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 8의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬, 탄소수 1 내지 5의 직쇄 측쇄 시아노알킬, 탄소수가 1 내지 5이고 1 내지 9개의 할로겐원자를 가진 직쇄 또는 측쇄 할로게노알킬, 각 경우에 각 알킬부위의 탄소수가 각각 1 내지 5인 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알콕시알킬 또는 알킬티오알킬, 또는 각 경우에 탄소수가 3 내지 7인 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알케닐 또는 알키닐이거나, R3및 R4가 이들이 결합된 탄소원자와 함께 포화 5-내지 7-원 카보 사이클릭 환을 나타내는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 탄소수 1 내지 5의 직쇄 또는 측쇄 알킬, 메톡시메틸, 메닐티오메틸, 알릴 또는 부테닐, 각 경우에 아릴부위가 동일하거나 상이한 치환체에 의해 임의로 일-내지 오치환된 벤질, 페닐에틸, 페닐 또는 나프틸, 또는 각 경우에 헤테로 아릴 부위가 동일하거나 상이한 치환체에 의해 임으로 일 내지 삼치환된 헤테로 아릴메틸 또는 헤테로 아릴이고, 여기에서, 적합한 헤테로 방향족 화합물은

  4. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 각 경우에 동일하거나 상이한 치환체에 의해 임의로 일 내지 삼치환된 페닐, 피리딜, 벤즈옥사졸릴, 벤즈티아졸릴, 푸릴 또는 티에닐이며, 여기에서, 적합한 치환체는 메틸, 에틸, 메톡시, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 메틸렌디옥시 또는 에틸렌디옥시이고, R2가 시아노이며, R3및 R4가 서로 독립적으로 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물.
  5. (a) 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 브롬-치환된 아미드를 경우에 따라 희석제의 존재하 및 경웨 따라 산-결합제의 존재하에 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 옥심과 반응시키고 : 경우에 따라, (b) 공정(a)에 의해 수득될 수 있는 하기 일반식(Ⅰa)의 알콕스이미노알킬아미드를 경우에 따라 희석제의 손재하 및 경우에 따라 산-결합제의 존재하에 탈수제를 사용하여 연속하여 탈수시키고 : 경우에 따라, (c)공정 (a) 또는 (b)에 의해 수득될 수 있는 하기 일반식(Ⅰb)의 알콕스이미노 알킬아미드를 경우에 따라 희석제의 존재하 및 경우에 따라 염기성 촉매의 존재하에 황화수소와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 알콕스이미노알킬아미드를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 각 경우에 임의로 치환된 알킬, 알케닐, 아르알킬, 헤테로 아릴알킬, 아릴 또는 헤테로아릴이고, R2는 시아노, 그룹또는 그룹이며, R3및 R4는 서록 독립적으로 수소, 임의로 치환된 알킬, 또는 알케닐 또는 알키닐이거나, 이들이 결합된 탄소원자와 함께 포화 카보사이클릭환을 나타내고, R2-1은 시아노 또는 카바모일 그룹이다.

  8. 진균성 해충을 방제하기 위한 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 용도.
  9. 제1항에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 중량제 및/또는 계면활성제와 혼합함을 특징으로 하여 농약을 제조하는 방법.
