Claims (2)

  1. 스핀들 헤드(H)에서 축으로 연결된 장대한 주축(1)의 타단이 지지대(S)에 지지되고 구동모우터에 의하여 스핀돌헤드(H)가 회전할때 주축(1)이 회전되도록 구성한 공지의 보링머신에 있어서, 주축(1)의 길이방향으로 내입된 리드스크류(2)가 주축(1)의 단부에 있는 피드기어박스(3)내의 기어군에 의하여 정회전 또는 역회전할때 주축(1)에 조립된 공구(16)의 내접면이 리드스크류(2)의 나사에 의하여 이동되도록 구성 함을 특징으로 하는 보링머신에 있어서의 주축 회전을 이용한 자동공구 이송장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 피드기어박스(3)의 내부 중앙에는 중심축과 선기어(5)가 위치되며, 여기에 변속기어(6)및 감속기어 군(7)(8)(9) 이 직렬로 치합되어 증, 감속이 이루어지고 리드스크류(2)를 잇는 스크류축(4)의 구동기어(10)에 상기의 감속기어군(7)(8)(9) 또는 역회전용 아이들러(15)기어가 선택적으로 치합되며, 기어박스의 후부에 설치된 클러치(12)에 의하여 선기어(5)가 구속 및 해지되고, 기어박스(3)의 측면에는 증감속용 변속레버(14)와 역전레버(15')가 각각 부설되어 가변회전되며, 선기어(5)를 중심으로 모든 기어가 공전하면서 자전이 이루어 지도록 구성한 피드 기어박스(3)를 특징으로 하는 보링머신에 있어서의 주축 회전을 이용한 자동공구 이송장치.
