Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A rotary main shaft 4 is arranged on tables 2, 3 capable of moving back and forth. The rotary main shaft 4 is coupled with a speed change driving gear 5 composed of clutch mechanisms 44, 45 and a speed change mechanism 56, and is rotated at two rotating speeds suitable for boring and threading. On the other hand, a tool fitting board 6 which, by rotation, couples or removes a drill spindle 62 or a tap spindle 64 in turn with the main shaft 4 by means of a clutch mechanism 65 is provided at the tip of the rotary main shaft 4. Thereby, multiple attachments can be selected by employing a single rotary main shaft 4.
