Claims (13)

  1. 카 라디오, 비디오 또는 오디오 레코더 및 프린터 같은 데이타 단말기 장치와 같은 전기적 장치의 하우징에서 전기 및 전기기계적 조립체(2, 17)를 이들 사이에 접근하기 어려운 접촉 구역에서 전기적으로 상호 접속하기 위해 제1조립체(2) 및 제2조립체(17)상에서 커넥터 소자(41, 54, 45, 47)를 구비하고 그중에 제1조립체(2)의 커낵터 소자(41, 54)가 연성 전기리드(39, 52)에 의해 제1조립체의 구성 요소(8, 10)에 접속되어 있는 조립체 상호접속용 장치에 있어서, 제1조립체(2)의 커넥터 소자(41, 54)는 하우징의 더 편리하게 접근가능한 구역으로 연장하는 홀더상에 배열되고, 상기 홀더가 지지체(29, 46)에 압축되고 해제될 때 상기 커넥터 소자(41, 54)가 제2조립체(17)의 커넥터 소자(45, 57)와 결합하는 방식대로 상기 홀더(33, 50)는 제1조립체(2)의 지지체(29, 46)의 위에서 분리가능하게 고정될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 및 전기기계적 조립체의 상호 접속용 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지체(29)는 압축하는 방향으로 연장하는 안내부재(30)가 갖추어져 있으며 상기 홀더(33)는 홀더가 지지체(29)를 미끄러질때 상기 안내부재(30)와 연동하는 홈(34)을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 및 전기기계적 상호접속용 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 홀더(50)는 압축하는 방향으로 연장하는 안내부재(51b)를 갖추고 있으며, 상기 지지체(46)는 홈(47)을 가지고 있으며, 상기 홀더(50)는 홀더가 지지체(46)를 미끄러질때 상기 홈(47)을 그 안내부재(51b)와 연동시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 및 전기기계적 조립체의 상호접속용 장치
  4. 제1, 제2 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 홀더(33, 50)는 지지체(29, 46)를 미끄러질 때 지지체(29, 46)위에서 분리가능하게 고정되거나 또는 레치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 및 전기기계적 조립체의 상호접속용 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 안내부재(30, 51) 및 홈은 압축이 시작된 이후 바로 홀더(33, 50)가 지지체(29, 46)로부터 해제되는 압축하는 방향의 길이에 걸쳐 서로 연동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 및 전기기계적 조립체의 상호접속용 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 홀더(33, 50)의 일부분은 도구용의 그리고 손으로 조작하는 그립(37, 51a)으로서 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 및 전기기계적 조립체의 상호접속용 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조립체들중의 하나(17)의 커넥터 소자(45, 57)의 하우징은 다른 조립체(2)의 커넥터 소자(41, 54)에 대한 삽입 퍼널(43, 55)을 가지고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 및 전기기계적 조립체의 상호접속용 장치.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 제1조립체(2)의 커넥터 소자(41, 54)는 제1조립체(2)가 시험 장치위에 놓일때 홀더(33, 50)가 시험 장치의 접촉부와 접촉하는 고정된 위치 또는 래치된 위치에 있을 때의 그러한 위치에 있게되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 및 전기기계적 조립체의 상호접속용 장치.
  9. 제2,3,4 또는 8항에 있어서, 상기 홀더(33)는 연성 리드(39)를 위한 변형 제거 에지(38)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 및 전기기계적 조립체의 상호접속용 장치.
  10. 제3내지 8항에 있어서, 상기 홀더(50)는 제1조립체의 이동중에 보호 수단으로서 작용하며 지지체(46)와 경계를 접하는 멈추개(58)를 갖추고 있어서, 홀더(50)가 커넥터 소자(55)에서 정확히 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 및 전기기계적 조립체의 상호접속용 장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 멈추개(58)는 편평한 연성 전기 리드(52)를 위한 보호 수단(59)을 갖추고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 및 전기기계적 조립체의 상호접속용 장치.
  12. 제1 내지 11항중 하나 또는 어느 항에 따른 장치에 의해 조립체를 전기적으로 상호 접속하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 제1조립체는 제2조립체와 관계있는 예정된 위치로 배치되고, 그 케넥터 소자가 제2조립체의 커넥터 소자의 위에 위치되어지는 홀더는 제2조립체의 커넥터 소자를 향하여 지지체를 프레스 오프하며, 커넥터 소자를 가진 홀더는 홀더가 압축될때 지지체로부터 분리되며, 제1조립체의 커넥터 소자는 자유 운동의 경로에서 포착되고 제2조립체의 커넥터 소자와 맞물리도록 안내되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체 상호접속 방법.
  13. 제12항에 청구된 방법에 따라 제조된 장치에 있어서, 하우징의 적어도 일부의 벽부분은 하우징(1)에서 개구부(1a)를 형성하기 위해 제거가능하며, 그립(37, 51a)이 개구부(1a)를 통해 외부에서 접근 가능하고 조작될 수 있는 식으로 제1조립체(2)의 지지체(29, 46)는 개구부(1a) 및 다른 조립체(17)와 관계있는 홀더(33, 50)상에 그립(37a, 51a)을 위치 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조립체 상호접속용 장치.
