복굴절성 효과를 이용한 액정소자의 제조방법

제1도는 기존의 복굴절성의 효과를 이용한 액정소자의 단면도.
제2도는 기존의 복굴절성의 효과를 이용한 액정소자에서 파장에 따른 투과율울 나타내는 그래프.
제3도는 본 발명에 의하여 제작된 복굴절성의 효과를 이용한 액정소자의 단면도.

1 : 상판유리, 2 : 하판유리,
3 : 투면전극, 4 : 배향제어막,
5 : 편광판, 6 : 반사판,
7 : 액정, 8 : 색필터

Claims (1)

  1. 대향하는 상판유리(1)와 하판유리(2)사이에 하이 프리틸트로 배향제어막을 형성한 다음 트위스트 네마틱 액정에 콜레스테릭 액정을 첨가하여 혼합한 액정(7)을 주입하여 액정(7)의 트위스트 각도가 270도로 되게하고, 상하판유리(1)(2)의 외면에 각각 편광판(5)과 반사판(6)을 소정의 각도를 부착함으로써 옐로우모드를갖게하는 복굴절성 효과를 이용한 액정소자의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기한 상판유리(1)와 편광판(5)사이에 525nm의 파장에서 투과율이 가장 큰 색필터(8)를 설치함을 특징으로 하는 복굴절성 효과를 이용한 액정소자의 제조방법.
