제1도는 통길이를 따라 배열되어 윤내기 롤러로 공기제트를 유도시키는 다수의 노즐을 보여주는 본 발명의 한 실시예의 사시도.
제2도는 제1도에서 도시된 실시예의 단면도로써, 이 가열모듈의 내측튜브의 벽에 형성된 공기구멍이 냉각공기의 흐름을 통으로 부터 직접 내부튜브로 들어가도록 하여 모듈 전면가까이의 가열코팅을 냉각하도록 함을 보여주는 도면.
제3도는 윤내기 롤러로 배향된 단일열의 노즐들과, 냉각공기의 혼입을 막기 위한 만곡된 보호구를 가지는 본 발명의 또다른 실시예의 가로단면도로써 이 실시예가 상부-중심 지지구조에 의해 지지되는 것을 보이고 있는 도면.
Claims (11)
- 윤내기 롤러 제어기동을 위한 공기 가열 모듈에 있어서;튜브의 전방단부에 제1구멍을 가지고 튜브의 후방단부에 제2구멍을 가지며 튜브를 통하여 공기의 일차 흐름이 후방으로 부터 그의 전방으로 흐르게된 길쭉한 튜브를 포함하고 전술한 튜브는 그 튜브의 벽에 적어도 하나의 구멍을 가져 튜브 속으로 공기의 2차 흐름이 있도록 하고;전기 저항식 공기가열 요소가 전술한 일차 및 2차 공기흐름을 가열하기 위해 튜브내부에 위치되고 전술한 가열요소는 튜브의 길이를 따라 연장하고 튜브의 내부에 배열되어 2차 공기흐름이 가열요소의 전방 반부분에 인접한 부가적인 개구부를 통하여 튜브속으로 들어가도록 하며, 전술한 2차 공기흐름이 가열요소의 전방반의 적어도 일부를 냉각시킴을 포함하는 공기가열 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 튜브가 튜브벽에 다수의 부가적인 개구부를 가지며, 전술한 개구부가 튜브의 전방 반부분 주위의 원주상에 형성되고 배열된 공기 가열 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 절술한 튜브가 튜브벽에 다수의 부가적인 개구부를 가지며, 전술한 개구부가 튜브의 전방으로 부터 튜브길이의 3분지 1부분 주의의 원주상에 형성되고 배열된 공기가열 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 튜브가 튜브벽에 튜브로 흐르는 2차 공기흐름이 가열요소의 전길이를 따라 실질적으로 일정한 온도에서 가열요소를 유지시킬 수 있도록 하는 그러한 크기, 형상 및 위치로 다수의 부가적인 개구부를 가지는 공기가열 모듈.
- 축방향으로 긴 윤내기 롤러의 다수의 축단면의 직경을 제어하기 위한 윤내기 롤러 제어장치에 있어서, 이 장치가 길쭉한 전방벽을 가지며 다수의 구멍이 전면벽에 이 벽을 따라 길이방향으로 일정한 간격으로 이격되고 형성된 길쭉한 공기층을 포함하고;공기로 상기 공기층을 가압시키는 수단을 포함하며;전방과 후방단부에 구멍들을 가지는 다수의 길쭉한 튜브를 포함하고, 상기 각 튜브는 공기통 벽내의 구멍들 중 하나를 통하여 공기통 내부와 흐름연결을 이루어 이 튜브들이 공기통 벽내의 각 구멍들을 통하여 공기통으로 부터 가압된 공기의 일차흐름을 유도케하고, 전술한 일차 공기흐름은 각 튜브를 통하여 후방으로 부터 튜브의 전방으로 흐르며, 전술한 튜브의 각각은 튜브벽에 적어도 하나의 부가적인 개구부를 가져 2차의 공기흐름이 튜브 속으로 유입되도록 하며;일차와 2차 공기흐름을 가열하기 위해 각 튜브내측에 있는 전기저항 공기가열 요소를 포함하며, 전술한 가열 요소는 각 튜브의 길이를 따라 연장하고 전술한 튜브내에 배열되어 전술한 2차 공기흐름이 각 가열요소의 전방반부분에 인접한 부가적인 개구부를 통하여 각 튜브에 들어가도록 됨을 특징으로 하는 윤내기 롤러 제어 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 전술한 튜브의 각각이 튜브벽에 다수의 부가적인 개구부를 가져 2차의 공기흐름이 튜브속으로 들어갈 수 있게하고, 전술한 부가적인 개구부는 각 튜브들의 전방 반부분 주위의 원주상에 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 윤내기 롤러 제어장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 각 튜브가 튜브벽에 다수의 부가적인 개구부를 가져, 2차공기 흐름이 튜브속으로 들어갈 수 있게하고, 전술한 부가적인 개구부는 전술한 튜브의 전방으로 부터 튜브길이의 약 3분지 1주변의 원주상에 배열됨을 특징으로 하는 윤내기 롤러 제어장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 각 튜브가 튜브벽에 형성어된 다수의 부가적인 개구부를 가져 2차 공기흐름이 각 튜브속으로 흐를 수 있게 하고 전술한 부가적인 개구부의 크기, 형상 및 위치는 부가적인 이 개구부를 통하여 흐르는 2차 공기흐름이 가열요소의 전길이를 따라 각 가열요소를 실질적으로 일정한 온도로 유지시킬 수 있도록 선정됨을 특징으로 하는 윤내기 롤러 제어장치.
- 제5항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전술한 공기통의 전방을 따라 길이 방향으로 원통형 윤내기 롤러가 배열되어 튜브로부터 나온 공기흐름이 전술한 롤러의 원통형 표면에 부딪히게 됨을 포함하는 윤내기 롤러 제어장치.
- 윤내기 롤러 제어장치등을 위한 공기 가열 모듈에 있어서;튜브의 전방단부에 제1의 구멍과 튜브의 후방단부에 제2구멍을 가져 공기가 튜브를 통하여 후방으로 부터 그의 전방으로 흐를 수 있게 하는 길쭉한 튜브를 포함하고;전술한 공기흐름을 가열하기 위해 튜브내측에 구비된 공기가열요소를 포함하며, 전술한 가열 요소는 튜브의 길이를 따라 연장하는 전기 저항재료를 포함하며;전술한 전기 저항재료를 재료의 길이를 따라 실질적으로 일정한 온도로 유지하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 공기가열 모듈.
- 축방향으로 긴 윤내기 롤러의 다수의 축단면의 직경을 제어하기 위한 윤내기 롤러 제어장치에 있어서, 이 장치가 길쭉한 전방벽을 가지며, 다수의 구멍이 전면벽에 이벽을 따라 길이방향으로 일정한 간격으로 이격되고 형성된 길쭉한 공기통을 포함하고;공기로 상기 공기통을 가압시키는 수단을 포함하며;그의 양단부에 구멍을 가져 각 튜브를 통하여 공기가 흐를 수 있게된 다수의 길쭉한 튜브들을 포함하고 이들 각 튜브는 공기통 벽내의 구멍 중 하나를 통하여 공기통 내부와 흐름연결상태에 있어 튜브가 공기통 벽의 각 구멍을 통하여 공기통으로 부터 나온 가압된 공기의 흐름을 유도 할 수 있도록 하고;튜브를 통하여 흐르는 공기를 가열하기 위해 각 튜브들 내에 있는 공기 가열요소들을 포함하며, 전술한 가열요소의 각각은 각 튜브의 길이를 따라 연장하는 전기 저항재료를 포함하고;전술한 전기저항 재료를 재료의 길이를 따라 실질적으로 일정한 온도로 유지하기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 윤내기 롤러 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
